Even if you don’t eat sushi, COME HERE!! This is the best sushi & noodle restaurant I’ve ever been to! THE REVIEWS DON’T DO IT JUSTICE!! I’ll give it 100 stars! Four of us walked in Wednesday at 7:45. We looked over the menu, ordered the teriyaki chicken, chicken lo mein for the 2 non-seafoodies, & we had three sushi rolls in mind. We asked for a suggestion for the 4th. Angel Wings, Hawaiian, Godzilla, & Spicy Girl were all so INCREDIBLY delicious & we couldn’t choose which was our favorite! SO MUCH FLAVOR & TEXTURE! Each bite was a delight, not only for the taste, but also for the eyes! These rolls were works of ART!! Truly stunning. And we were surprised how quickly all of the food came out. Bonus points for that! We 2 sushi eaters devoured the four rolls, & decided we needed one more. Our server Jordan suggested the off menu Cyprus roll… OMGosh!! It’s warm, crispy, spicy, & delicious! The two of us eating sushi were “oohing” & enjoying it so much that one of our NON-sushi eaters tried a few bites. She has now been converted! We ended up having two more people join us, so we ordered 2 more rolls, which came just as quickly. They were as enthralled as we were! The staff was fantastic - engaging, friendly, & great suggestions. Shout out to our server Jordan! One of the chefs even came over a few times to see how we were liking our food. Such great service! The prices are fair, food portions generous, the atmosphere & decorations are vibrant & fun!

The Viet Springrolls were only a 3 out of 5 - the filling was delicious & I could drink that peanut sauce, but the rice paper wrapper was very dry & hard to bite through. But that’s the only criticism I have for this restaurant! And I’d probably try the springrolls again, because they were that tasty.

Thanks for making all of my birthday sushi...

My friend recommended this place and I decided to give it a try - I'm glad that I did! I ordered pho (P2) and they serve the noodles and the soup separately. I did end up putting everything in the soup, but the plating was really nice. I have never seen other restaurants serve pho like Saida. The broth tastes fantastic and the taste itself is enough without any extra sauce. The meat is tender and the sprout is fresh. The interior is well done and very neat. They have designs on every wall and it's interesting to see them. There's a chef making sushi when you walk right in and you can tell the owner and the servers do their very best to keep the place look good. Also, the bathroom is very clean and nice as well. The display at the counter is cool and you can grab some candy after you make a payment. I don't know much about designs but I felt like everything including chairs, tables, and even plates were fairly new. I usually care about the taste and the quality of the food, but this place has their place very neat too which makes your experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere is good, not too bright or too dark. I would definitely come back here to try out...

We love Saida! We have a handful of rolls that we think outshine almost anything else in the county as far as sushi goes. The whole line up is not mind-blowing, but be sure to scan the menu for rolls with items you usually like, and I don't think you'll be disappointed. I grew up in Hawaii and can tell when fresh fish is used. For being in land-locked Utah, the fish they use is fairly fresh compared to other places we have been prior... especially the specials. I think some might take issue w/ portion sizes here, however, I think most of Utah is used to sushi over-stuffed with rice, rather than letting the fish/ingredients shine and I think Saida does a great job of letting their sushi ingredients shine instead of stuffing you with double the amount of rice. The diggs inside are not the fanciest, but it's not a hole either. I think it appropriately matches the restaurant's style. Service is pretty good about filling waters and checking in on your table, but they have tended to disappear to the back near the end of our meals each time we've been in, which has had us waiting there an extra 10 min or so just to take care of the check, so that could...

Went to saida.sushiandnoodlehouse as recommended by my friend Holy moly! The sushi melted in your mouth. It was so good! I don’t typically eat sashimi and nigiri but we let the chef, Dat, serve us whatever he thought we’d like and we went for it. It did not disappoint! The 1st sushi roll is called the cypress roll and wow! Probably the best I’ve ever had. The 2nd roll had a bit of lemon on it and I don’t know what else. My husband asked what it was called and Dat said “what’s your name?” So he told him Cris and he said “ok that is the Cris roll now. The 3rd roll with cucumber was different but just what I needed at the end. I don’t think I could have had a bite with rice. It was so good! It is in Provo, right on University. Check it out if you like sushi!
