A YEAR AGO I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS McDonald's at this location and shared a review with a 5 star rating as I felt the conduct and manner in which I was treated last year as a regular McDonald's customer was very professional, friendly ,and courteous....fast forward to The experience I recently experienced at this same McDonald's this year ...being today... Was one that I feel a customer should not have to experience as I will further explain the conduct and disrespectful demeaning behavior of the employee I encountered as well as the hurtful way I was discriminated against . After paying for mine and a friend's breakfast I realized my service dog was thirsty and I had forgotten his bowl but have never had any problems with requesting a container if I found myself doing this even encountering friendly helpful employees. Myself my friend and my service dog were the only patrons when I made my request . And the employee pictured is BETTY ... Graveyard shift.. I felt that I had asked for a simple accommodation for my dog and was totally taken back at the disrespect she exhibited beyond a simple no would of been less hurtful than Betty stating my dog ..service or otherwise was not her problem or concern that she would not acknowledge my need or that I had just purchased breakfast and even my offering to pay for a container for him wouldn't be a problem at all for me. I paid with my debit card for breakfast and Betty denied that I had even with proof. After the hurtful manner I was treated I asked to speak to her supervisor to address her unprofessional manner and treatment and was again treated rudely ..constantly interrupting everything I said that requested my speaking to someone else . I asked for the McDonald's corporate phone # requesting a pen and paper with Betty replying ..i not your pen supplier find your own! Needless to say this is why I have chosen to write my long review ...in the hopes that anyone going to this McDonald's may not have to experience Betty's unprofessional attacking manner . I hope McDonald's at this location can help Betty in communication skills required while interacting...
Read moreMcDonald’s is iconic. But fast food, and service change, gone are the happy employees asking “Welcome to McDonald’s, May I take your order” Now the corporation wants you to use the App or the kiosk if you order in the building. The Drive Thru is still a thing of convenience, expedites if you are in a rush, and helps minimize human interaction. So rather than complain about how service has changed or how the food use to be, I’ll write about what I love. I love the #McRib . Sure it’s heavily processed #pork meat formed into a rib type patty, however it creates a soft, consistent texture that I appreciate. The pork meat is drenched in a yummy, sweet Barbecue sauce, similar to Cattleman’s. The sauced meat sits in-between a toasted soft bun. The sandwich has fresh onion chunks, placed on the meat, and a couple slices of pickle which helps give it a nice acid note to cut thru the rich meat and sauce. Sure the McRib is a limited item and that might add to my love of it, it’s a lover coming around only when it feels like it. I’m taken back in love, and nostalgia, every time it returns. I’m happy with Memories of my father who also loved the McRib. I can still order the sandwich and a large beverage, go find a table, and remember the good times I’ve had at McDonald’s. Refill my Diet Dr. Pepper again, and sip on its pleasure inducing liquid. The McRib isn’t for everyone, but it’s for me. When I share it with friends and family, I’m sharing a part of me, and what I enjoy. I’ll be sad when it’s gone. I will long for its return, and when it does I’ll rekindle my loving relationship with the tasty sandwich. Other things from McDonalds that I enjoy, also for mostly strong nostalgic reasons, the Cheeseburger, McChicken Sandwich, Chicken Nuggets with the special dipping sauces, The Big Mac. These menu items are always around, which I’m thankful for, so I can go anytime and enjoy them, now without the old familiar salutation “Welcome to McDonald’s, May I...
Read more10/24 cheeseburger deluxe was kind of gross with fake orange cheese, too much meat and not enough bun, and shredded lettuce.
1/27/23 a girl in drive through understood English very well and got our order right ! Refreshing after our experiences listed below. Fish filet had brown section and tasted gross and I couldn’t finish it.
1/16/23 waited in lobby 5 minutes and several employees passed by but no one would take my order. Finally got back in car to get food in drive through. The Hispanic lady couldn’t understand my order so I had to turn my car off and loudly repeat everything and she got it wrong. I asked for double fries in the happy meal and only wanted a happy meal if they had Mario toys. She said they only had Mario toys. Got apples and half fries and a stack of cards instead. I asked her if they weren’t taking orders inside and only in drive through and she said yes only drive through. I told who I thought was the manager, I think her name is Holly, heavy set lady who is white with colorful hair, and she said they had no Mario toys and when I told her that her drive through lady doesn’t understand English and told me misinformation she denied it and was rude. Most of the employees are Hispanic. Hardly anyone understands me when I speak English to them.
11/22 hot cocoa tasted gross and had coffee in the bottom!!
10/22 Quarter pounder deluxe had too much mayo and the meat tasted old or gross. I couldn’t finish it. Fries were cold and limp. Drive through is slow because they should have 3 groups, one person taking orders, one taking payment, and one giving food. They usually forget ketchup. The one taking orders should tell you the total so you can gather coins. 9/22. Muffin tasted old. Put sausage on my egg biscuit and charged almost $2 more. Asked for a refund of the difference and the Hispanic lady just smiled at me...
