I came to this subway about a week ago after work (around 1pm) to pick my son and I up a sandwich after we’d both had long days. Not only were there 2 employees working, one of them decided to sit in the back, ignoring the line up front. I could hear the girl helping customers asking for help while the other girl chose to ignore her. It was finally my turn to order and the girl FINALLY came up from the back and acted extremely disrespectful to me acting as though I was burdening her!
I heard her sigh multiple times at me while I was ordering and getting different veggies. My sons sandwich wasn’t difficult, only two veggies and she acted exhausted. Afterwards while ringing me up, she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else and submitted my price as I was grabbing a cup and about to ask for cookies. I had to ask her for the items to be added, which I was met with the same very irritating response.
After a very bad time, I got home and handed my son his sandwich, which he unwrapped and found mold on the outside of his flatbread. I don’t know how neither of the girls noticed, but it was there and I don’t even wanna go back to get a refund or it remade due to the lack of customer service at this establishment.
I couldn’t catch her name but I believe she was the manager from how she was talking to her coworker.

I pre-ordered and paid for my food 20 minutes in advance and when I show up the slip for my food has been untouched by the employees who seem shocked to actually have a customer in front of them. They insincerely apologize for the delay and then proceed to crudely throw together our food and then when I get home with said food I come to find that they didn't toast any of our food, all of the chicken is still cold, and they didn't give my wife the bacon that we paid extra for. So we have to pull out the chicken and microwave it just to make these overly sauced piles of food even edible. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had from a Subway. After I give my feedback of a terrible experience to their customer support-the store manager has the nerve to email me and thank me for my feedback but offers me no compensation for the complete lack of service I received for my money. I have since asked for a refund and have not received back an correspondence. The owner is super rude , I called them asking them to redo my sandwich because my cousin went down and bought me for me , I was on the phone with her the whole time and she specifically said “over roasted turkey “ Asked for extra lettuce, but didn’t get that either. There’s barely any lettuce on the sandwich.. they gave me chicken and I can’t eat chicken . So when I ask them if I can bring it down there and redo my sandwich, she said no and she said I’d have to pay for a whole new sandwich. . So I got rude yes cause they are the ones that messed up my sandwich not knowing I was on the phone with my cousin the whole time . This is why there ratings suck .
