The fact that this is the first time I've ever written a bad review for any local business should speak volumes. Papa johns sent me a coupon in the mail for 40% off my entire online order, in those words, plain as day. I've never had their pizza but the deal was appealing so I tried to use the coupon, it didn't work, and my card was charged without any warning. Luckily I glanced at the receipt and caught it. I called the store and the cancelled the order, assuring me I'll get my money back in a couple of business days. They advised me on how to get the promo code to work and told me to order again. After trying to figure it out for another 15 mins I could only get 40% off one item. I called the store again, was told they don't have any connection with the online promo codes, they just receive orders. I was given a phone number for "online support" and called it. After a 15 min wait I spoke with a woman who told me the coupon was good for 40% off one pizza only, despite what it said. Now I was upset but figured she'd at least offer me another coupon or something to help ease the frustration of everything I'd been through trying to place my order. Surprisingly I wasn't, I was offered absolutely nothing. In fact she then placed the blame back on the store saying it was their fault for sending out a misprinted advertisement, and told me to contact the store if I had any more questions. The same store that just told me they had nothing to do with it and to call online support! Now here I am 1 hour later, with no pizza, and no answers, writing a terrible review. Read moreI’ve been ordering from this location for the last five years. They have always been exceptional in fulfilling my orders. There was a few hiccups during Covid, but that’s to be expected. Anyway I am mostly upset about the fact that there is no way to file any sort of review or grievance when something isn’t delivered properly. I ordered a half cheese and half veggie pizza this evening. And when we receive the pizza, the entire pizza was covered with olives (someone in my family CANNOT eat olives). There’s no way for me to bring this up with the exception of calling the store to complain. There is no other way for me to critique the quality of service or file complaints. There needs to be a more streamlined process of filing complaints or issues with orders that arrive at the door wrong. Rather than me just having to call the store and Tell them that my pizza wasn’t correct and wait another 20 to 30 minutes for it to be delivered after the rest of my order is delivered.
Also, I’m not happy about the new reward system they came up with. That was one of the best things about Papa Johns was the reward system of earning $5 and then $10 off pizza. Today it tells me I’ve earned $2 dollars off!!!! You kidding me. this new reward system is basically just taking away the rewards from the customers. They’re scaling back and cutting rewards from customers and apparently hiring workers who can’t read what toppings go on half a pizza.

Read moreSunday 10/28 This girl who works late at night is habitually late getting orders out. She's rude & appears to be high. Whenever anyone else is working, the orders are always available for pick up on time. She also locks the door and doesn't allow delivery drivers inside... 20 & 30 mins after the delivery pick up time is her average. It's inexcusable & her attitude is piss poor at best. Please replace her with someone willing to do the job properly. Her coworkers all are able to do it & and oftentimes, they don't have a second person to help 🤷♂️ This order is 20 mins late, and instead of working on it... She's doing inventory 🤦 I thought Papa John's was supposed to do it better???
Update: After waiting in my car 22 mins after the pick up time. Her male coworker comes to the door flashes the pizzas to show they are ready, leaves them on the front counter & dissappears out of view to the back of the store... The doors still locked... I wait for a second and then ring the door bell. This pisses the male off and he decides the best way to deal with that is cussing me out & screaming at the top of his lungs...
He's lucky when he opened that door that I didn't chuck the pizzas in his face and tell him to remake it.
