Wendy's — Restaurant in Quincy

I used to love this location but now I will rate 0 if I can, but I still have to give it 1 star. I made a mobile order at late at night then I went there to pick up drive through. They told me that they did not see the order in the system, so I showed them the order confirm with item and order number. The manager kept telling me that she couldn't not find the order in the system so they couldn't make it. The drive thru line was very long and they kept asking me what happen but the manager just tell me to call customer service for the refund (wth). It was 11pm and I was pregnant so all I want is just a bite of spicy chicken, not the refund. I told her I did not want money or problem, I just want the sandwich I already ordered. After nearly 10 mins, when other drive thru customers ran out of patients, she gave me a sandwich like a charity. Yes, that was what I get even though I did nothing wrong. I can't say enough about the customer service my family experienced this evening. The wait was a good 20 minutes but there was absolutely nothing the staff could have done more, they all worked SO hard to get through the crazy amount of business they were experiencing. Every staff member kept a completely cool and friendly demeanor, the manager Mile ran around to every station helping everyone and boosting team moral. And then when giving me my food to dine in the manager offered to help me carry it to my table, with all of that business he made me feel cared for! I said no, that I could handle it, but it was just so thoughtful, and the establishment was clean too! The food was great, hot and crispy and so yummy. I'm at Wendy's on Newport Ave right now. It is currently 9:35pm. I've been in the drive thru line for well over 30 minutes. I typically frequent this Wendy's when I have a want for fast food because they always serve crispy bacon on their burgers AND because they tend to be consistently fast but the past two times I've been here (Sunday and today) it has been an unacceptable experience. The food is still good but the service is SLOW!!! It is painful. They clearly changed staff. In addition to being understaffed. The man whom I believe is the manager is kind but seemingly unorganized. Geesh. They need to improve their time management and put the FAST back in fast food.
