Apparently likes to delete messages and upload to her social media only parts of the conversations that make her seem like she's in the right. Well. Luckily someone screenshotted all the stuff and comments you posted BEFORE you were able to erase them. But nice try though try to get your following to believe you were innocent when you provided a wack cake for a wedding that costed hundreds and you didn't even support it properly. We seen all pictures Including what it looked like on pick up. Pick up photos you can clearly see the cake is bucking by the frosting layers... do better. This lady had a horrible attitude. update Clearly you can see upon pick up the ripples under the cake. This was a rushed job and instead of admitting it and taking responsibility she wanted to send nasty messages (yes we have all seen screenshots of all your messages) she would rather berate a customer on Facebook instead of taking accountability for her rush job of a cake.

Clearly you can see upon pick up the lines on the cake. Those should not be there. The cake should be smooth and flat. There should have been better support system in place. Not see through plastic. The cake was leaning at pick up and was addressed. Instead of taking accountability she blamed the bride and the brides mother. This cake was likely still hot when she put it together. Warm at the very least my mother has been making these cakes for 20 plus years and this is the equivalent of a rushed botched cake that was not done properly. So yes. The business is right. I didn't purchase the cake. But I was there when the cake got dropped off at the wedding. And I also seen the cake crumble in the matter of an hour even when her "rules that were posted on fb were followed". So if you want to spend hundreds on a cake, then get belittled and trashed talked about go ahead and order here. We will find much more professional people to hire for cakes.

Also an update since she wants to claim that we are being told to come here and write bad reviews lol. Actually we are not being told to do anything. I'm a high reviewer and leave nothing but honest reviews. Again. I did not purchase said cake but I was at the wedding when the cake arrived and I was there nearly an hour later when it collapsed. I've seen first hand her messages with the person who ordered the cake, ONLY because the person who ordered was bashed by this business on social media instead of it being handled privately. Which it would have been if she hadn't posted to social media then continued to be nasty and then went back and erased numerous comments to make herself look better... she even spoke badly about the deceased to the bride...

DO BETTER. this is not a way to run business. I know I have ran several. Take accountability for your wrong doings. Whether it was an accident or not. Learn from it. And move on. I had my wedding tonight, I ordered a cake from Gloria's, it hadn't even been sitting for two hours and it fell apart.

Not a little but; but completely.

It was already leaning when it was picked up, we were told to "nudge it".

It fell apart in less than an hour. I couldn't be more upset.

We got a refund of $230 NOT ENOUGH. The entire amount needed to be refunded.

We didn't cut the cake, we didn't eat the cake. It all had to be thrown away.

It melted onto the table.

Please do not book this baker. She will RUIN your day.

To small claims court we go, I cannot believe how this all unfolded.

Small business, needs to be GOOD business.
