I actually ran into this gem by mistake, walking home.. and I have no regrets.

This ice cream is top tier, the formula and mix of batter is so flavorful and creamy.. I just want to indulge it forever ! The store is extremely clean, could literally lick the floor. Smells good, love the esthetic, owner is such a lovely and precious person .. she really made the experience !

Ordered the cookies and cream gelato and the banana dulce de leche (this one goes to my banana fiends, it’s definitely a banana lover type of ice cream). Ice cream sustained itself and didn’t melt, as other local creameries, consistency reminded me of cold stone tbh! It was BOMBBBBB!

The only sad point I have to make is that they don’t have any lids to go in the (small) size, luckily I live a few blocks away so I was able to walk fast and make it ! Or else I would’ve rated it a 5-5 !

Holy cow! (Couldn't help myself) I am blown away by this new addition to downtown Rahway! After scouring Main St. for their location, I finally found this treasure down in deep downtown Rahway. The space and décor are that of a mature and sleek crowd, which is refreshing as compared to the common vibe one typically gets from their local ice cream parlor. There is plenty of velvety seating in a large sitting room, which so effortlessly flows from where you put your order. What a difference thoughtful and intentional interior design makes. I ordered the dark chocolate and espresso gelati in my afogato order. The snack was heavenly, and complete with dark chocolate nibs in the dark chocolate gelato. Yum. Overall, a fine choice for a late night craving. However, someone in our party got a flavor that they did not like- it happened to be the last little bit in the container, and it tasted freezer burnt. Upon asking for a change of flavor, the employees behind the counter refused saying that “that is the flavor you picked, you should have tasted it before and changing it means we have to waste another cup and we can’t afford that.” Of course, the shop is under no obligation to replace anything, but the attitude we received upon the request was unkind, and certainly not customer-service oriented. Maybe would have come back for the ice cream, but will not based on this very frustrating encounter.
