On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 1:30 pm I came the Aunties Anne’s store on the Upper level at Triangle Mall and was greeted with the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever seen . I simply asked could she make an order of cinnamon sugar nuggets and she quickly and abruptly said “NO” because the ones in the warmer were made 10-15 minutes ago. I have an allergy so I asked nicely again and she said that “our store doesn’t do anything made to order which is puzzling because I worked at many Auntie Anne’s stores (Triangle and Crabtree ) in the past and this was never an issue especially knowing what the corporate policy is. She did not have a name tag/Apron/ headwear/ or gloves and would not give me her name so I will be reporting this to corporate! I was told the store owner’s name Chris.

The Customer Service there is Terrible…… Although it was only $4 and some change I wish I had not spent that with them. The young lady on duty today was such a sorry excuse for an employee. I don’t normally say this BUT I HOPE THIS LOCATION CLOSES DOWN ******. Save your money it’s not worth it they gave me an old pretzel 🥨 not fresh at all !!!!!

Staff here is rude, they are always doing unsanitary things; sitting on counters using there phones or touching hair money. The so call manager with last name Tapia always has something to say, if you complain about the quality of the food. They always say they are close when is 15-20 mins before closing.

The food is delicious but the customer service is awful. The first time I came was around 5:00ish, I had a guy who was rude. He was unhelpful with the menu and unresponsive. He rushed us into what to get when I asked for a moment. Once I got my food, he walked away without saying a word.

The second time we came around 5:30-6:00. We had a woman who also rushed us. She was again, not very helpful & had terrible customer service. I apologized for taking so long to order after asking for a moment & she just stared at me. Again, once we got our food she walked off without saying anything.

I understand wanting to go home already but there is no need to be rude. The food is amazing but isn’t good enough to deal with terrible customer service. Both times I almost decided not to get the food. I do not recommend coming here & won’t...

My husband and I went there around 11am today. They informed us it would take a little time. Around 1130 they werent done, yet we waited a little longer. Finally when ordering the cashier young gentleman who wore glasses assisted us. He then asked the one preparing the pretzels(young hispanic) a question who rudely used a derogatory name to wait up and hold the hell up. On top of all this, there was loud music playing with the N word being used.

I find this to be very unpprofessional in a setting such as the mall. The one preparing the pretzels was very rude to us and to his co-worker. I wanted to leave feedback in hopes of properly training as dealing with me as a...
