HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just ordered two salads from this location and what we received was definitely not up to par! I ordered a southwest crunch add steak and a triple threat with honey mustard. When my husband got the order home and we opened up the bag the southwest crunch had literally two pieces of steak on it (WHICH IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE especially when you charge $4 to add steak). Also missing the red onions and corn. Also my salad was not chopped up as it should be and lacked dressing. The triple threat also lacked the dressing and was NOT chopped up at all as it should've been as well as it was skimpy. What put the cake on the icing was I called the store and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to someone named Jay who stated he was a supervisor who's as very rude and unprofessional and basically stated that there wasn't anything he could do and wanted to know if I got an ail about my order and that I should be able to complain via that email and I explained to him that the email that I got only provided what my order should've been and the phone number that I just called to get him. I asked for a corporate number he said they don't have one. Needless to say we just spent over $30 on an order HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing diced about either of these salads and the customer service provided by Jay was AWFUL !!!!!!!

Would not recommend. I’ve tried this place twice and had high hopes. The first time I went, I ordered the harvest bowl. When I got it, the bowl was mostly rice and the chicken tasted funky (like past it’s prime) and the other ingredients did not taste fresh either. My husband and I both agreed it was on the verge of being inedible. I chalked that up as hopefully just a one off and tried again today. I got the Cobb bowl. This time, they left out a main ingredient of the base (spinach) and again gave a whole lot of rice with not much else. Again, the ingredients did not taste fresh, the tomatoes are shriveled, and the bacon taste like bacon bits verse chopped bacon. The difference between the picture on the menu and what I got is just sad haha. Will not be going here again.

Google, you've gotta fix your algorithm. "Most relevant" review is one of the very few negative reviews this place has gotten?! HERE's a relevant review — this place is a delight. Salads hearty enough to count as a real meal, with dressing expertly blended in. Cool. But now add the fact that these salads are being served up by one of the happiest teams I've encountered behind a counter, we're talking an A-level experience. The crew seems like they'd make fun friends off their shifts — but it's a group that also happens to be fun & friendly ON their shifts. The impression is one of good hires at a place with a good culture. And that dressing even makes the Queen Cruciferous of kale go down easy — dare I say, delectably...

One step above Chopt, which I'm not a fan of. I ordered the Cobb Salad as part of a larger business order. First, the salad looks nothing like the photos when ordering, none of the salads did. The photos looked delicious. What you get is a chopped/diced bowl with your selections, all mixed up. Toppings are sparse at best. There were about 6 - 1/2" cubes of chicken or pieces, I might have had 5 olives or parts which I paid extra for, and you'd be lucky if there was half an egg in the salad. Since I was not aware of the preparation methods, I ordered the artisan mix of lettuce, which was also chopped making it more like mush and hard to tell if some pieces were bad. If you're looking for a fresh, crisp salad with good toppings, it's not the place. Had the salad looked like the photos, it would have compared with a nice restaurant Cobb Salad and the price would have been more in line with that quality. I wished I had...

Today I went into diced. I was not please nor was my partner. I was very upset because I walked in with my dog and he is certified emotional support animal, and I was yelled very disrespectfully at to get my dog out of the store, and I walked up and told the manager that I thought that was the most uncool, embarrassing and humiliating moment I’ve ever had in a store, whether it violated the health code or not that was completely unacceptable, and I will never attend this restaurant ever again. Instead of asking nicely, can you please take your dog outside I was screamed at, and then my partner sat outside with my dog while he was overheating and mind this is my dog is completely black in 95° heat. Extremely unacceptable very rude. The food was delicious but this is the second time now that I’ve had an issue with this exact store. On...
