Guys I’ve been to this location and one off Wake Forest Road plenty of times so when I say customer service sucked tonight it’s the God awful truth. My mother and I went to the location granted yes at 9:12 pm (yes we were aware place closes at 9:30) but besides point see 4 ladies working behind counter. No big deal I’ve worked in a restaurant previously so I know how it is closer to closing time. well first we waited a few minutes without being greeted all 4 ladies each individually looked at us but kept working and never acknowledge us. After waiting a few minutes my mother ask politely if we can have asssitance with getting a smoothie- 3 ladies keep cleaning looking at each other, 1 finally comes and ask what we want. We order our smoothies and I asked if I could have a flat bread the cashier looks to the back and ask one of 3 girls if they have turned the oven off and if I can order sandwich - again I don’t mind it’s 9:12 pm. After a few mumbles, mean looks and snickers I was told I could. Great I paid but didn’t care too much for all the mumble so I quietly and patiently waited at the counter and watched the girls make my food not to be a pest but bc they already had a little bit of an attitude and one girl was making and eating her food on the line soo yeah not so clean in my book but I wanted to make sure my food was made correctly. Again I didn’t say anything didn’t do anything just watched- that is my right correct? I guess that wasn’t appreciated bc the girl making my sandwhich goes in a corner, turns her back as to block me from seeing her make the food, after a couple more mean looks, mumbles, and snickers I finally get my sandwich and smoothies. Of course I didn’t eat the sandwich in fear that it was tampered with by the unfriendly worker, didn’t even ask for money back but I just had enough and wanted to get the heck out of there!!!!!! I have never experienced this ever at this location so I will just chalk the $5 sandwhich that I didn’t eat or whatever that sandwich cost to just bad time of night and employee selection. Read moreNEVER AGAIN. I haven't had such rude customer service since living up north! This was our first and last visit. We placed an online order for curbside pickup consisting of 3 smoothies, a wrap, and a quesadilla. We checked in upon arrival, but no one came out. After 10 minutes, we called, but no one answered. We went inside and inquired about our order. The employee just points to the counter where there are multiple items. Smoothies had no names or flavors, so it was a guessing game where we literally had to try them to see what was what. One sandwich was incorrect as it was ordered with chicken alternative and no cheese. It had cheese, so she took it back inside. (dairy allergy)Two workers literally laughed when she said she didn't get the correct sandwich. She waited while they remade it, then came and plunked it on the counter. At this point, she didn't want to eat it, but we had been out all day and this was our first meal. It was NOT good with cold "chicken" just sloppily thrown in a wrap. The quesadilla was not heated through, had 2 ingredients and was clearly microwaved with chewy shrimp and pineapple. Where was the bbq shrimp, 2 cheeses, and pineapple salsa? What a joke. Read moreI’ve been to this location twice. This second time was terrible. Ordered my food and smoothie on the app to pick up. I was early so I waited inside for my order. My food came up first but my smoothie took forever. They stated they couldn’t see the ticket so I had to tell them what I ordered. I waited longer and noticed a family of three allowed to enter, order and hang out in the establishment with no masks on. None of the employees asked them to wear one either. All of the employees looked like young high school/college kids so they did not care about customer service. When they brought “my smoothie” it was the same as another persons order and they forgot that I was waiting on the same thing so they had to make mine to give to me. My smoothie tastes like they did not blend it all the way because my add ins are at the bottom of the drink. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and that was made sloppy and everything was falling out when i opened it to eat at home. I also had to point out to them that my side was wrong too.
