The service here was absolutely horrible. This is the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Before I begin, I will say the manager and our server were very respectful (I did not get my servers name, but she was a sweet young girl with long blonde hair and wears glasses). We made reservations online and when we arrived they stated that they did not have our name. I had to show them my confirmation email through open table to show that I had booked the reservation earlier that day. They stated that open table was down and apologized (but I was able to reserve and receive confirmation?). After a few minutes we were seated. A girl came by with the nachos and did not have any salsa. We patiently waited and she came back with salsa, but no dishes to place the salsa. Our server stopped by after 15 minutes. She apologized and stated that she was unaware that we were in her section and continued to apologize multiple times. We appreciated the fact that she acknowledged us and apologized. We should have left at this time, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. She took our orders and food did not arrive within the next 45mins-1hour. The manager stopped by our table and apologized and stated that they were very busy and “your food should be coming out shortly”. Another 10-15 minutes passed and he repeated the same thing. After a few minutes he came back stated “I know it’s been a while, but your food should be out shortly, they are just finishing up. You have to understand that today is a very busy night and if it were up to me I wouldn’t have came out tonight. I would’ve waited until Saturday or Sunday to go out”. We should’ve took that as a sign to leave but right when we were getting up our “food” came out. We did not receive all of the food we ordered and the orders that we did receive were incorrect. I ordered a mixed fajita (steak and chicken) and received little to no meat. (Photo inserted). The plate was cold and so was our food. At this point we let the manager know that this restaurant was not a good fit for us. We asked him to come to the table to see what we were given. The manager apologized. We asked for our bill for the drinks we had ordered. The manager stated that he understood where we were coming from and told us we did not have to worry about the bill. At this point another server (who we hadn’t met) came and told us “fine you can leave , but don’t ever come back” shaking her hands at us to leave. She was very unprofessional and I don’t understand how anyone of her character would be hired. The manager told her to not speak and told her to go to the kitchen. He turned around and apologized and we left. This was my first experience here and I will never again come back. Even if we were offered free food I wouldn’t go back. I hope that the server who decided to get in our conversation is fired because she should never speak to a customer that way. This place could have potential if they just knew how to run a business with quality service. Please save your time and money and do not come here. You will be very disappointed.

The service was amazing! They served us right away and were very patient. However, the food left my sister and I sick. We ate there two days ago and I am still feeling the uneasiness in my stomach. I got the ACP (aroz con pollo/ chicken with rice) and the meal looked amazing but when I tasted the chicken it was salty and I could only eat it with rice which ran out really quickly. I thought I could gobble it down but I couldn’t finish the rest and I was too full to order anything else. My sister could not finish her meal either and we both ended up going to the bathroom after we ate because it did not sit well in our stomachs. Also when we first sat down at our table, they immediately gave us drinks but when they left, my party of four and I looked at each other because we didn’t order drinks yet. They had giving us drinks of water and came later to ask us for our drinks so we ended up with a lot of cups in our table and barely any room to eat. It felt wasteful leaving the full cups of water on the table. The service was great but it’s a shame it was ruined by the food.

My friend and I went here to try something new around the area as well as wanting it to be Christmas themed. We were also craving Mexican food like the kind we had in Texas! It checked all of those boxes! I had the ACP. It was delicious. The only down side is you pay $.75 per veggie you want to add. For the drink, I had the dirty snowman! I don't know what I was expecting but it exceeded expectations. It was delicious! It was similar to a smore but better. My friend had the chipotle burrito with mango. She said it was the perfect mix between sweet and spicy. For her drink she had the MR. Claus. I suggest going a little earlier to avoid waiting in line for awhile. We went between 4-4:15 on a Saturday and waited less than 15 mins.

I visited the one located on Oberlin rd. And I ordered a salmon salad. First time ever at this restaurant and I was excited to try something new. When my salad came out I proceeded to chop it up so that I could eat it. As I was chopping it I saw that my salmon was COMPLETELY RAW!! I was a little disappointed but I sent it back to get it remade. The waitress informed me that it would be a completely new plate salad and salmon which was fine with me considering I didn’t want an illness from you all. About 15 mins later my salad came back the salmon on top was not only SMALLER but was still RAW. I then told them that I did not want the salad because after 2 times and it’s still raw is unacceptable. I asked for the check and the manager that night that was a male. Proceeded to still charge me for an entree I never ate. I explained to him that I would not be paying for that meal because I didn’t not eat it. They then brought me a corrected check but the receipt was only lowered by $9. The salmon salad is $16. One of the waiters proceeded to tell me that it was because tax as if I was stupid when talking to the manager he told me he would not lower the bill because I apparently ate half of the entree and I explained to him that I never had a chance to eat anything because the first time it was RAW and he response was completely disrespectful. As a person who manages a restaurant the service I received was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. Not only was the manager extremely rude but the male waiter was absolutely disrespectful when questioned he proceeded to curse in Spanish as if I do not speak that language. And that is extremely rude and somewhat racist. I am extremely upset with the service I received and whoever the owner is should definitely have a conversation about new management. As a manager you do not treat paying customers the he did and not only was he robbing us and making us pay for a meal I never ate but also threatened to call the police. That’s is completely and utterly unacceptable and I will never come back to this location ever again. Nor will I ever recommend...

I'm willing to forgive a mistake once. Every restaurant gets busy and mistakes happen from time to time. We're all human!

But seriously....this has happened three times, and every time the manager has been of no help. Three times I have ordered the carne asada tacos for lunch. Three times they have left out the pico, cheese, beans (which are all included in the $10.99 price) and the side of cheese sauce (which is an extra $5 something). Yes I'm a fat kid. Yes I order cheese sauce.

Literally all they bring is steak in a tortilla and a bag of chips. If I could get away from my office to pick it up myself, I would. There's a reason I ordered delivery. No, I can't drive over to your restaurant and pick up the items you've forgotten to put in the bag for the third time in a row. If I had my life together well enough to be able to do that, I wouldn't be ordering Mexican food in the middle of the day. I'd have packed a lunch of cranberry and chickpea salad ala Gwenyth Paltrow on a Goop kick, ok?

Alas, here we are. Please just remember to put the things I've ordered in the bag. It's not that hard. It's not a special order. It's the same thing you put on the tacos you make all day long. If you think I'm fat and need to stop ordering your tacos, tell me. Call me and tell me you can't sell to me anymore out of concern for my arteries. Tell me my pants don't fit. Just stop taking my money in exchange for rubbery tortillas and tough meat without any of the actually good (but bad for you) things to disguise them.

Thank you and good day. I will be finding a new establishment to feed my mid day, I'm hangry taco addiction. You guys are bad at it and you're...
