Wendy's — Restaurant in Ramsey

Horrible customer service. I went there on 7/14/16 around 8pm, there was this girl at the window, every time I go their I have the same experience with her. She is very rude, and violent at that. Out side the window there is a card reader, I have been using it for as long as they have had it, many years. each time I go to use it they say oh that doesn't work only few don't say it but most cashiers say it. So once again we go through the same scenario, I scan it, she says it doesn't work, I say it does and use it every time I come here, and I come here at least (5) times a week. This time, as I'm scanning it, and I'm pulled up to reach it so I'm far from the window, she crabs my card (as she has tried to do many times before, we get in a tug of war match, I tell her please do not grab my card out of my hand, and let go of my card, she continues to grab it, now as I mentioned my car was moved up so my arm is like behind me as we are struggling for the card, she finally lets go and I scan my card and it worked, as we are tugging I keep telling her why does she do this to me all the time. Now my arm feels like it is broken, or sprained, and as I'm driving home my arm is throbbing and when I get home I'm furious and my arm keeps throbbing, just to get a burger for my 95 year old mother, I have to have this bully abuse me. She should not be working with customers or the public, and her behavior is totally insane. What she did is basically grounds for dismissal, or even criminal as she hurt my arm, violent. So any time I go to this Wendy's and I see her at the window I'm turning my car around and I'm leaving, as a matter of fact, I may never go their again, as they make many mistakes on my food anyway and when I get home I have an issue. I have seen many other people working the door that were so nice and some not, but this one has to go before Wendy's...

Absolutely awful just went through the drive thru usually I go to a different Wendy’s. I ordered no salt fries of course there was salt on the fries the fries box was half filled and the fries looked like yesterdays fries I told the manager and he was super rude and refused to change out the food ! Absolutely would never come back. Aside from that the nuggets were overdone or refried because that’s what it looked like they threw them back into the oil and the messed up I ordered two burgers one chicken sandwhich he gave two chicken sandwiches and one burger mind you it wasn’t even busy cannot stand when managers don’t know how to manage the store owner needs to rethink who he puts in charge! What also needs to be understood is that when people buy fast food it’s supposed to alivate stress not bring more stress. The nuggets were so gross I threw them out but here’s a pic of the nasty fries that also went in the trash completely wasted $20 came home and still had to cook. As you can see in the photo I am home slicing up my own potato’s to stick in the fire box those of you with kids know exactly what I mean I basically paid $20 for juice boxes and Wendy’s fries box 🤮 and to be met with unprofessionalism on top of that is just a firm NO mind you the the dine in experience isn’t much better since it’s off the highway it’s literally the size of a shoe box and is never tidy either. I cannot say enough bad things about this place. Save your money stay home and cook! You truly do get what...

This was a funny experience today. So we see Wendys & I decided to hve the chilli & a salad. My hubby was not feeling Wendys after his last Bronx location experience of ordering a burger that tasted like "Cardboard"! So again we decided to try the drive thru.🤪 First of all ordering was no issue. It was the crew that handed us our orders & took our payments! They really resembled the "3 stooges" strongly in personality wise. As we pulled up 3 young kids, and I mean young starred us so hard as we took our bags as though they were waiting for a surprise. So we checked our bags & see no spoons for the chilli. We turn to look up and they are literally frozen. So my husband ask for a spoon. I see one guy giving orders or directions not really sure at this time. So I then thgt, I better check for a fork to eat my salad with...Yes no fork but they again was in a trance or something because they never moved or even attempted to say is there anything else we can help you with. So again we ask for a fork & the same guy gives orders hands us a fork. Strange thing is no apologies or sorry for missing that, nothing. So I yell thru the window, "Listen you guys need to remember these things when you're serving food!" But again no reaction just a nod the we drove off. Very wierd group of youngsters....No training at all, too much video games with no communication skills to follow. A sad generation of kids for the future. 😩😥🙄😳 2 stars for being open...
