Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I absolutely love how clean the Starbucks is but all the employees from the old Starbucks from across the street did not move when this location moved and I can tell you they have hired a bunch of kids that know nothing of customer service. I have been in here multiple times waiting at least 10 to 15 minutes to even be acknowledged while my mobile order sits there getting cold but today by far was the worst. The barista repeatedly returned to their mobile order area placing drinks but seem to look past me and another after 10 to 15 minutes I reached over the small barrier and picked up my mobile order that have been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. I wish the employees that were at the old location came with this new location because those employees were absolutely wonderful. I can honestly say that this is probably a Starbucks with the worst...

This is the location closest to my home. I come here seriously every day but I will never return again. This is the 4th time the same lady has been extremely rude. For zero reason. Every encounter I have had with this woman she has been rude and every single time it leaves me upset for a good amount of time, because why be a jerk? My suggestion to this location would be not to have someone who so poorly lacks in the customer service department, working with your customers. Four people behind the counter and I had to ask for help, they were too busy chatting. They had to go get the barista on bar because 5 drinks were already sitting waiting, manager or shift should have stepped in and gotten those drinks done or had someone else do it. Then I was trying to work and the staff was being ridiculously loud; singing Disney songs and talking loud enough that across the store and with headphones playing I could hear it all. Friendly staff but unprofessional and chaotic. Not staff fault at all but management please get outlets, not one in the entire store is available...
