I'm not sure why but the employees behaved as if they didn't know how to use a gift card, which was only for $50. The manager didn't even know and they made me call the card number to verify the amount on the gift card and the employee still argued with the person from gift card "headquarters" I suffer from social anxiety so all of this was very uncomfortable..I just wanted to make my purchase and get out of there..but wait the manager on night duty had me wait an additional 20 minutes while she discussed this incident on the phone at least that's what I'm assuming was going on in her office..about 45 minutes later I was given an apology for the wait and I was finally on my way home. The entire experience was traumatic and terrifying and that's all they had to offer me. But I love the Bath and Body products so I suggest you be a normie and not appear of color nor be nervous looking as you might run in to a few issues making a purchase at this bath and body works. I had the day off and just wanted to look around, but I was welcomed with the best customer service I have received in a long time. I ended up spending $120 and will only shop at that location or online just because of how welcomed I felt. Dominique shared with me her favorite promotional scent and I fell in love with it. Dominique made me feel so good to be there, she was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products.
