Where do I start? I been experiencing internet issues for a whole month, which I decided to call xfinity through the phone, which also had a very complex phone system that took me hours to get to a actual person. I been told that I would have to change the modem because It was outdated. So I went to my nearest Xfinity which it the Rancho Cordova location and I told one of the employees that I had to change my modem, and there was a skinny tall Hispanic employee by the name “Jesus” who was so rude after I discuss the issues I was facing, he started by telling me what my plan was and continued to talking about the plan, which made me think that he probably wanted to give me a plan which I was not interested, I find it quite odd because all I wanted was a change of the modem and the reasoning for double charging me the monthly fee of the internet which I told him I had trouble with for a month, he told me “Why did you wait for a month” in a rude way and even told told his co-worker “ am I tripping or am I seeing this plan he has bruh” and when he went to retrieve the modem he was yelling “I’m JuSt DoInG what you asked for”. He also mentioned he couldn’t help me or find anyone to help with the bill I got double charged for! What kinda ghetto talk is that?!?? in a customer service store???...
Read moreHorrible customer service! Their salesman, Manny, knew I was looking for a replacement phone and was already a customer of Xfinity Wireless. He told me I would be able to buy a new iPhone 7 and I would get a $250 gift card in the mail 90 days after the purchase. I told him that would be great and I would like to buy the black one. The only one they had was a return and he sent me all the way across down to another location that had one left. I get there and talk to the manager there who was informed of what I was doing. I was then informed that Manny was wrong and I could not get the phone at the advertised $250 off and would have to pay full price! The manager of the other location called the other store manager, Tracy, who informed me that no matter what the customer says, his employees are always correct. I then talked to the regional manager who informed me he would work with corporate to get my account credited the $250 that Manny promised me and that that I would receive an email regarding all of this and the store manager, Tracy, of the Manny's location would call me and keep me informed within 24-72 hours. I have NEVER heard from anyone about anything and its over a week later! Don't wait your time or money at...
Read moreI was scammed from an employee at this store. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE. I didn’t get her name but the young black girl with the nose septum piercing is a scammer and should be fired. On top of my $40 interned bill she charged me for xfinity tv and a land phone line. I told her I just wanted the interned but she insisted that I wouldn’t be able to get the price I wanted for the internet unless I paid for the tv and phone line for two months without cancelling. I now know she scammed me into paying $90 each month, and she requested me to not cancel the plan until after 2 month so she should collect commission from our transaction. The xfinity agent I spoke to on the phone when I finally cancelled the unwanted items on my bill was just as confused as I was and told me to leave a review stating what that scammer had done. Management at the store is equally to blame because she was likely told to use this sales strategy on young college students to maximize their profits and commission. The people at this store are human garbage and karma will give them what...
