Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Was here about 10 minutes ago. But in drive thru for almost an hour. Placed my order and asked for my compliments one of my orders was chicken stars. So obviously we wanted bbq sauce and I made sure that they understood I needed bbq sauce. Once I get to the window I reminded them about the sauce I needed. They then tell me they have been out of bbq for some time. Come on we had this conversation as I was ordering my meals. I then told them that they should of said something I the beginning so I can change my order. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 stars is because she took the time to get me bbq sauce from the kitchen. Ok so I got my order and I don't know why I decided to check everything and I was missing some food items. So I had no option than to get back in the drive thru. After another 20 min I was able to finally tell them they gave me a incomplete order. They wanted to charge me for the things they didn't give me. Until I stopped them and told them they didn't give it ti me. Not once did they apologized at the moment or when I pulled up to the window. The supervisor apologized until I pointed it out that the least they can do is apologized. Then he did so but what fir now. I had been there for almost an hr and he did it just because I mentioned it. I understand they are understaffed and a holiday. ...

If you’re heading to Carl’s Jr., be ready for a tasty burger… and a bill that might make you do a double-take 🤯💸. I stopped by recently, craving one of their famous burgers 🍔, but wow — these prices seem to have taken the express elevator up!

Don’t get me wrong, the food is good! The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and the shakes definitely satisfy the sweet tooth 🍟🍦. But for the price, you’d expect a silver platter and maybe a personal chef. When did grabbing a quick burger start costing as much as a sit-down meal?

Now, if you’re in the mood to splurge on fast food or just really want that Carl’s Jr. flavor, it might be worth it. But if you’re looking for value, you might leave feeling a bit “hangry” at the receipt 😅. For what I spent here, I could’ve had a pretty solid meal somewhere else! #FastFoodPriceShock

There’s a little boy that works there and has a big writing tattooed on his neck, HE IS RUDE!!! All he did was flirt with the girl that works in there, doesn’t pay attention, has a smart mouth. When taking my order over the speaker all he was doing was laughing and talking low, I couldn’t understand what he was saying. And then when paying, I was watching him swipe my card like 3 times and he just stood there talking with the young girl that works in there, and he was playing around tapping on the counter making tapping beats, just fooling around, and then when I asked him for my card back (since now it’s been like 5 minutes).. he said “well the receipt just printed out it’s not like I was gonna steal it” and then handed me back my card and slammed the window. But now I am now reading all the other reviews and I’m going to cancel that card bc looks like something shady is going on there with the card swiping. DONT EAT AT...
