I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts on Mother’s Day because I was craving a refresher, I will not deny that they are good, but I should’ve went with my first mind in going to Dutch Bros or Starbucks. When I ordered my refresher, I asked for cold foam, which has never been a problem at any of the Dunkin’ Donuts from California to Vegas as I live in both places. I’m always able to get cold foam with any drink as an add on, but on this particular day they told me they were not able to add it to my drink. When I got to the drive-through window, I proceeded to ask them who I couldn’t get cold foam they said they charge which of course I’m fully aware of and did not have a button for cold foam. I don’t mind paying if I want it and it’s something extra I’m gonna pay for it. She said she didn’t have a button to add cold foam as a charge so she wouldn’t know how to charge me for the cold foam because it’s not free. I’m still confused on how she couldn’t charge me for the cold foam then she proceeded to look at me with an attitude. Read moreThis is my usual spot for coffee and drinks due to the affordable prices but I am APPALLED with who I assume is a new hire. Ordered three large drinks in the drive through with a cup holder and was given a single cup holder and as she hands it to us, it snaps and falls into my drivers seat. She stood there, didn’t try and grab the drinks and showed zero sympathy. She did not APOLOGIZE. Merely said “I’ll make you another drink.” And offered napkins, extremely monotone. We pulled up to the front completely upset and angered and all she did was give us the new drink and some napkins and again, NO APOLOGY. She ruined the carpet and just did not care. We would not have been as upset if she tried to help or even apologized and shown sympathy for spilling it on not only my mother but the interior of my car. She must be new. I can sympathize with people working food service/customer service but NOT those who just do not care.
