We bought a complete King bedroom set last summer. Unfortunately it was during Covid, so the delivery date was pushed out to late August/early September, which was ok due to we had just finished remodeling our home and was cleaning out the unwanted items. I paid for delivery, installation and pickup of 2 old queen mattresses. Upon delivery, he stated that he was just delivering the furniture and wouldn't be setting it up because he needed to get back to the store. In addition my wife had to force him to take the 2 mattresses even though I paid him to do so. Then he asked my son to help him unload the furniture and bring into the house. Now one year later, we are in need of a new bed due to this cheaply made furniture. The slats are so squeaky that the sound can be heard downstairs.
