TL;DR: Extremely long wait times, thieves, unprofessional ownership, lazy employees, horrible portions and is overpriced for what the quality of food they sell.
Took 5 minuets to make the customer in front of me a regular lemonade. As I was waiting in line for 10 minuets wanting to buy a classic the cashier tells us that they're out of cinnamon rolls and to wait 30 minuets for them to bake. She offers for me to pay for them and she will have them on wait for me when they get done. I made my payment and I come back and wait in the huge line, again. I get to the counter and some other employee tells me that they're out again and they just had a "huge rush", Not only did i waste 30 minuets of my time, the employee was giving me attitude for something i already paid for while I was trying to show her the receipt. I was almost stolen from by these people who work there. the manager is never in during business hours only "opening and closing" so no mid-day manager or even a supervisor. Sunday (today) is usually the slowest day in the mall so i decide to give them another change, smelt good and they had everything stocked. I walk to the counter and there is one employee on her phone not even paying attention to the counter. someone can EASILY steal the display rolls. I walked away and told everyone I know what a disrespectful and unprofessional work place Cinnabon is. The portions of frosting on the rolls were almost not even there, if any. my coworker bought one, it was raw dough in the middle, very easy to tell between raw and under-cooked if you've ever worked in a restaurant. It was crusty on the edges and the outside of the roll was hard and the cinnamon on the inside looked like it was somehow burnt. I'd rather drive to the airport in Sacramento and get a roll from there. at least i know id be treated with respect and have decent food that's portioned for the price i pay. I have a friends who used to work here and they've told me unbelievable things that i'm starting to believe. Whoever the owner is need to shape up their employees because this place is utter garbage compared to the other Cinnabon chains. I'd love to post the pictures of the lazy employees but I don't feel like they need the embarrassment, they already work at this...
   Read moreI had an awful experience with an extremely hurtful manager named Sally and ended up getting food poisoning. This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. This woman spits poison.
I used to always get Cinnabon when I lived in other cities and the rolls where properly baked and delicious. I could tell that they where rushing and I ended up getting totally undercooked and raw roll.
Naturally I brought it back and complained politely but Sally was EXTREMELY rude and argued with me. She would say that’s how the buns are supposed to be. She mocked me and made fun of me.
I paid with my credit card but she gave me cash and I said I needed it back on my card she said in an extremely rude spiteful voice “what is cash not good enough for you”. I left in shock by the awful experience. Later I posted my experience...
