I reccomend taking the time to drive to the tacobell that is right across from Winco. The people are alot more nice, the food quality and customer service is better and the store is cleaner. This place is absolutely awful!
I came in with my husband. When we walked in the front door the person standing at the register told us to use the kiosks and walk to the bathroom.. So we did what he asked, no problem. We ordered 1 quesadilla, 1 drink, 4 burritos along with 26 Cinnabon's. I had just gotten out of the hospital and I was looking to go home and bring everything with me to surprise my kids as we live an hour drive away from any tacobell and it's their favorite. The moment the crew received my order they immediately started cussing and complaining about the number of cinnabons that they had to drop. They continued to complain loudly for multiple minutes.. It made me feel very bad about ordering anything and like I was a bother to them... 3 more people walked in with small single dine in orders which they were directed to use the kiosks instead of an order at the register. All three of the orders went out and the customers ate and left while my husband and I sat waiting.
After Over 25 minutes of waiting my husband walked to the counter and asked what had happened with our order. The same person working the register said "I think we handed it out ill check in one sec... I have to go to the bathroom" and just left and we didnt see him come back. My husband then had to stand at the counter till a woman came from drive through and my husband asked her what was going on with our order. It took her a moment to look for it before finding it and saying "sorry" while turning around and telling the crew "we put that we had handed it out and let it sit here, we have to stop doing that." Our food was completely cold. And no offer was made to remedy that. I will be calling corporate. If you hate your job that much, do not work in customer service.
My husband is a manager for our local fast food place and was extreamly unhappy with the lack of service and care as well as the amount of complaining that we could all loudly hear. There is no...
Read moreSo I go in today on Monday and the manager John was so rude and didn't want to be bothered with any customer so refuse to take customers orders, so I use the kiosk and order my food, I ask to pay at counter the guy in ores me... there's an employee named Micheal there that walks up with a great attitude and so helpful and let me pay for my order, I ordered a freeze drink and the joh guy told Micheal that the freeze wasn't working and walks off, Micheal says ok I need you to refund them then please, and the manager guy John is just so aggravated that he had to come refund the drink that I paid for. Micheal apologized to me and the John guy throws my order on the table and walks off, I said can I have the receipt to my order and he says one of them need to print it off, he goes back to make a drive thru order and starts saying rude stuff about qhat the people are ordering in drive thru, like how dare he have to do his job and screw us customers for buying food at a fast food place. Anyways that John guy had no business being manager of any place. He should not even work in customer service for that matter, but the Micheal guy was awesome and should probably be manager of that place. We all have to go to work and we shouldn't take it out on the...
Read moreI am not one to complain. However, some of these workers at Taco Bell definitely need better training and management because they are always forgetting my item(s), which has happened countless times. I came to pick up an order that was ready at the front counter and thought the employee at the counter would hand me my pick up order. But, he just completely ignore me and doesn't even acknowledge my presence. After a couple of minutes pass, a dasher came in to pick up an order and the same employee helped the dasher instead, despite me waiting in line patiently. After the same employee helped the dasher, he did not look at me if I needed assistance or whether I received my order. This is suppose to be a first come-first serve service, which I was the only customer at the counter during my time at pick up. I finally received my food in the end by a different employee, but they forgot my large Mountain Dew Drink, which I kindly reminded them. This is an example of poor service and hiring bad employees like the one mentioned above. I think that anyone can understand the frustration. Taco...
