By far the worst Denny’s I have ever been too !!! My family and I came to eat here on Halloween night , we decided this would be a great place to take the kids after trick or treating. There was no wait , we got seated right away . The waiter who took our drink order was Claudia she seemed nice . Came back 20 minutes later for our food order. The Restaurant was not busy at all figured Mabey she was giving us extra time to look over the menus. 40 minutes go by , no waiter , no refills , nobody came to check on us . By this time a few more family’s approached. I had to ask the girl in the front what was taking our order so long . 20 minutes later we have another waiter who finally brings the food . I asked for refills ranch and Marinara sauce . We finished our food before the guy even came back. Our food was cold , we got one refill as we were already leaving . No apologies from the waiter about the wait on the food . As soon as I got the bill I asked to speak to the manager , apparently she could not come out to speak to me because she was helping the cook. I have worked in the fast food industry I understand when you may be short on staff but that should not stop a manager from coming out for 2 seconds to apologize or communication on letting us know it was gunna take a bit longer for our food . Claudia was the manager that night . Mind you this is Halloween night the kids had school the next day we end up leaving at 10:30 pm. I wasn’t the only table upset. A poor older couple ended up walking out after being there for quit a bit time and no one getting them drinks . Horrible service and cold food I will never come to this...

We've come to this restaurant a couple times since they started allowing indoor seating and each time there was only 1 waiter or waitress working for the entire restaurant. We've gone at lunch and dinner time. Experience was the same both times. Took a long time to get seated. Took a long time to get anything or any service. Never got refills or checked on except when it was time for the bill. The food was warm, not hot and fresh. I saw every person that got soup complain about it being cold even after they microwaved the soup. We sat for 45 minutes before we got our food. Then it was another 45 minutes before we got the check. I'll give the waiter and waitress credit for working so hard to manage all the tables, greeting and seating people, serving and handling the payments and trying to manage online orders. Read moreTerrible service. Went in after working a long shift and ended up with a cold burger and having to listen to loud Spanish music my entire meal. I'm sorry but I wasn't aware Denny's was a Mexican restaurant because if so they forgot my chips and salsa. I won't be returning again I'll drive a little further into Redlands to the other Denny's downtown. I thought the Staff was un professional standing around eating except for one girl who kept working. Patricia our waitress left my burger for about 10 mins while she had a few laughs with the other staff. Before leaving and waiting for a refill that took way to long I observed the night manager getting her grub on with the cook over by the coffee machine idk what they were eating but it was toppings they keep in the counter. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, do your job and eat on your breaks. I did notify corporate and will be making a call tomorrow regarding the obnoxious music I couldn't even hold a decent conversation with my fiance because I felt like I was in a club not restaurant.
