Wendy's — Restaurant in Redlands

Rude and rushing me to place my order while I was trying to figure out everyone else's order in the car. Our food was messed up and I called to let them know my order was not right. The lady that answered got smart with me smh I most definitely will NOT be back to this restaurant nor do I recommend it to anyone.

Update November 17, 2021...(Time 10:00am) My husband wanted a Breakfast Baconator and I decided to eat at home due to the issues this Wendy's has. The order taker at the window was extremely rude, really didn't let my husband get out what all he wanted so that was the 1st sign. Then we get to the window the African-American female at the window was even more rude. No customer service skills, no smile, just a attitude and snatched the card out of my husband's hand as he was trying to give it to her. Then she said my fault. Who does that and acts like that at work? This is ridiculous and they need to do something with this female before they won't have any business...

I had a really good experience here. I went through the drive thru having never been to a wendys before and picked something. Lmao i am one of the people to tell every joint to take off half my burger. I saw there was mayo so i told them to take it off but i didnt see in the picture that it came with ketchup. So i got my food and checked it before i left and saw this ketchup. I went inside and apoligized saying i would like another one just meat and bacon. Haha well sure enuf they gave me another one with the burgers, bacon, aaaaaand cheese lmao. I got this clear to the drive thru but not this guy. Well i went back up to the front and explained to some guy again what i wanted. He was very polite and when he brought it back he offered for me to check it right there to make sure it was how i wanted it. And it was! Very good job done every reorder was quick and they were understanding the whole time. Will...

I despise the way the manager speaks to her employees. The employees are so polite and so courteous. The manager however is overly aggressive and borderline violent towards her employees. An employee was working on an order after she had sent him outside to get some boxes. She wouldn't even give him a second to wash his hands when he got back from getting the boxes outside before she started barking orders at him. She said, "do I have to tell you a second time to come get your job done. If I have to repeat myself to you again. I swear it won't be good for you." What disgusting behavior from a manager who wouldn't even let the gentleman wash his hands before she started raising her voice at him and at other employees. If she can't handle the stress of being a Manger during a rush hour without belittling the other employees then she absolutely should NOT...
