September. 11th, Redmond, Oregon, approximately 233 o'clock this afternoon. I bought a large family size chicken bacon ranch pizza. I took it home, put it in the oven. Took it out, set it on the table to feed the family and there's no sauce on this pizza. It was dry, chicken, bacon, artichoke and a little bit of cheese. I immediately called the Redmond store. I told them of my dilemma.I live out by Tumalo Told the young man on the phone I will be coming back to get a replacement pizza. I drove all the way back to redland I did happen to forget the few pieces of pizza that didn't go into the trash because they were like cardboard. So the kid behind the counter tells me. I'm sorry, I'll give you 1 for 50% off. Excuse me, I paid a 100% for the one that you destroyed and sent out wrong. So now I want my pizza made right. I was told sorry. You'll have to call back when the manager's here. His name was Kevin. So now I didn't bring the pizza with me. Because half of the trash and the rest on the table when I left it in a hurry to come back. Get the replacement pizza that I should have gotten. But was told no, since I didn't bring back the pizza. That was no good. I'd have to talk to the manager tomorrow. Telling the kid, okay, that was my family's dinner for the night. Sorry, that's what I got sorry. So so I will call the manager of the Redmond store tomorrow on 9:12. And I will tell him of his employee Kevin who would not replace the pizza that they did mess up? And I'm a very not happy customer. And I've spent a lot of money in a lot of time with Papa Murphy's. So to my dismay, this really spoiled my whole Papa. Murphy's experiences food isn't cheap if it was rotten if it was made wrong. It should be repland if your manager doesn't think that or your owner doesn't think that. Then I'll put a bad review on here every single day. Because I feel I was treated very unfairly. And my family has no dinner for the night because we were having pizza and now we're not. I will not buy another pizza. Which I was offered at 50% off. G. That was very nice of you. You replace what you don't do. Right the first time you don't give 50% off of a different one. And I don't complain very often, but this just was the icing on my cake for the day. Thank you so much, Kevin. And I will be calling your manager first thing in the mornand after this night. I don't think I'll be having a good morning. When I do call him or sir. In fact, I might just come in to speak with them. Hope you have a good rest of your...
Read moreIn the past I would have probably rated this place a 5 star. The pizzas are still good but I can't say the same for service. Tonight it was steady but not overly busy and there were 8 or more employees working. Yet, I placed an online order and it was nearly an hour later by the time my pies were ready. What really bothered me was customers walking in and placing an order, and walking out with their food while mine wasn't even started. I recommend that those who want to order from this business just walk in and place the order...much quicker. Just don't expect a lot from the employees in terms of empathy.
Update: I try to stay positive but business is bringing out the negativity. Today my wife (Kerry) ordered a pizza online and I stopped to pick it up. I was early so it was in the process of being assembled. No worries, I just took a seat. A minute later they called my wife's name and a lady who'd been waiting when I came in jumped up and accepted it. No problem as it's not an uncommon name... except, it turns out that her name was Karen. Eventually the staff realized that I was still waiting and asked what the order was. I replied half Cowboy, half chicken garlic. They asked large? I responded probably but I don't know. I assumed that they had a record of the order. I get home, some 7 miles away and find out that she ordered, and paid for, a family size. She called and the gentleman said that they wouldn't do anything about it unless we returned the large pie first... which my wife is currently doing because she can't afford to bail me...
Read moreThe person who took my order was very strange. He acted put off by my trying to decide what to put on my stuffed pizza. The pizza took a very long time coming out and it came out from the back and there was lots of laughing in the back while my pizza was being made and then he handed it to me with a smirk on his face. I have to say I'm a little creeped out about eating it, wondering if I can trust it.
Well here it is in November and I decided to order another Pizza there at Papa Murphy's and the person who took my order seem to have the same smirky attitude you did last time told me that what I was ordering was actually something with a different name and then proceeded to point me to the menu on the wall it said something completely different turns out the menu on the wall isn't accurate. I made it clear very clear that I wanted a cowboy pizza stuffed without pepperoni they said that what I really wanted was a big Murphy without pepperoni there was no big Murphy listed on the board so I just said okay I trust you the lady you handed me the pizza I should call her a young girl she had an incredibly negative demeanor absolutely nothing that you would want an employee to show to a customer like she was disgusted to have to do her job. This place has some serious...
