Richard's Sliders — Restaurant in Redmond

Stopped here for a late lunch with my girlfriend for a quick bite before heading back to Portland and we absolutely loved it! The sliders are a great size, especially for the price. The bun was tender but didn’t fall apart. The burgers were juicy and bigger than we expected. Seasoned very well. The pickles were crunchy and had a great acidic flavor that helped cut through the fattiness of the bacon and cheese. The waffle fries were insanely crunchy and piping hot too! We stopped by this joint with very high hopes and hunger in our belly. Unfortunately, we waited 30-40 minutes for our order...then nothing. We checked in with the man working and he said it would be another tens minutes. We then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes and our food still wasn't done. We then asked for a refund as it was our lunch time and we couldn't wait for food any longer. The man working didn't provide any explanation as to what was taking so long. Man this was some great food! Cool little outdoor eating area with some shade, more than enough room to eat with a large family. But you can also go indoor and eat inside vie the neighbor restaurant that owns the property. The slider was perfect portion with a side of fries. The fries were really good as well. They don’t offer drinks though, so you have to go inside and order a drink. Customer service was good as well....
