Why is everyone that works here miserable? Every interaction I've ever had at the store has been completely non-human and emotionless.
I was one of the first customers inside the store when it opened at 10:00 this morning. The lady at the very front register when you walk in made direct eye contact me and I said hello good morning and she responded with a completely emotionless stare and said absolutely nothing. I'm walking around doing my shopping and made eye contact and passed by two more employees who looked absolutely miserable and again not even so much as a smile or a nod. By the time I get up to the front there's five of us in line and the original lady that was up there when I walked in was slowly checking out a customer when she got on the intercom and asked for another cashier. Turns out she wanted a cashier to relieve her so she could spend her time trying to untangle a necklace why we all waited in line for this new cashier to miserably ring everybody up with zero emotion and could barely even lift his hand to hand over the receipt. I thought the one in Everett was bad but wow. There was one worker that was very friendly a few months back when I visited. Skinnier Asian lady. She was sweet. Everyone else I've had the displeasure of dealing with there should quit their job and stay home and save...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere has been a lot of people saying negative things about Ross. Maybe you don't like a specific person working there or maybe a customer messed up an aisle right before you got there and now you have to rummage through the arena of disaster! Before I continue there may be some people wondering what an (aisle) is or why it's spelled or spelt that way! I mean come on English language I went to school and I know there is many letters in a word that are silent BUT a "S" and an "A" in one small word wow it's simply an (ile) not (aisle)
Ā Ā Ā Read more3 stars because I'm s big fan of excellent customer service which is lacking. I found a set of good auto floor mats to buy along with other items. At checkout there were a couple things I changed my mind on so 3x I told the lady the items I don't want I will give you at the end. The first item I gave her to ring up were the car mats. She rang them up or so I thought she did, and set them on the side. Spent close to $200. Left with several large heavy bags. The next day I'm looking for the car mats. No mats. She never rang them up. But because I couldn't find my reciept, I had to go through a big hassle from a rude manager that refused to help unless I had a reciept. I had to go through corporate to get an electronic receipt which I took to the store in order for him to view the camera footage to see what happened. Fast-forward 2weeks. Same thing happened again with a bluetooth speaker I wanted. I was already on the highway when I saw it wasn't in the bag but turned around and went back and demanded to know why they didn't ring it up. The same manager came and apologized and as I was paying for it told him they don't listen at all... They let customers use their restroom where most Ross stores do not and the best for last is they are open till 11pm. Only one I know of...
