Last night was the 1 year anniversary of my fathers passing my mother just passed last month in December and my best friend fell off his roof took 3 days to die in the hospital where his mother had to pull the plug. I spent the past 2 weeks helping her clean his apartment as I watch her smell his clothes and cry i've really had a hard day. I work helping autistic children better cope with life but its pretty exhausting i haven't ate sine 5:00am in the morning so when i'm forced to spend litterally over an hour and a half waiting for my order being told its coming then listen to them laugh I was pretty frustraited, A tall women with brown Hair and brown Eyes with glasses apologizeed and says that it keeps happening on that machine and that it isn't even printing reciepts which also making trouble i just let her know hey np just thank you for your help.
Finally when food comes its a single cheeseburger and medium fries I ask where is my order she blows on up refuses to help, some random young man had to walk behind the register and ask if it would be wiser to just give him his food she BLEW UP, DEMANDED a reciept for which i reminded her it was her that told me the machine doesnt print reciepts she cusses in spanish and disappears for the next 35minutes walked around the register with my food and began to auction it off to 1 customer after the other till finally someone asked whats in it she recites my exact order just tosses it on the table gives me a smile and go's back behind the counter litterally in tears i beg her for my order im homeless and buyinh any food is a big deal, she says I cry like a baby and refesus to even give me a container for the drinks or a bag so i can carry it the 2miles to the shelter some random lady i think is off duty walked behind the register to get me a containor and another gentlemen maybe just a customer had to go behind register to get me a bag.
I dont understand dont want to help thats fine refuse to give me food fine but atleast tell me whats going on and have me believe its being made and string me along for over an hour and a half just to give it away to someone else and ask for a reciept its just not fair and that money came from a gift card my late mother gave me wasting even a dollar breaks my heart.
Why? Why such hate and cruelty, I couldn't been more calm or patient I just don't understand now i have $14 left on the card and have to walk the 3.5 miles and where ever I go i warn people of that location my experience which doesnt even come close to fitting in there "Character" limits....

When the order was read back to me incorrectly, I corrected it, thinking it had been fixed.At the second window, I was handed the correct drink, but unfortunately received the wrong food. I didn’t realize this until after I had already driven off. Instead of the Big Mac meal with no pickles that I ordered, I received a Big Mac with bacon.I returned to the store to have the order corrected, but by that time, I had already eaten a few fries, assuming they were mine. What shocked me was that the person who I believe was the manager took the food back, and I saw the touched fries being returned to the fry station, potentially cross-contaminating the rest of the batch.Even worse, it appeared that instead of remaking the sandwich, the kitchen staff simply removed the bacon and handed the same burger back, rather than making a fresh one. I assumed the issue had been resolved, but once I got to my destination, I discovered there were still pickles in the sandwich, confirming it was never properly remade.Having held a management position in fast food myself, I was genuinely shocked. If the customer are going to a place to consume is because getting a good service but rather to give the children the pleasure of being there.
