DoorDash Kitchens — Restaurant in Redwood City

Ordered food from the doordash apps for pick up and cant get help from employees they look at you but totally ignoring you food are disgusting the veggies on my burger they have brown in it not fresh fries are supper cold i dont recommended this at all dont wasted your money here specially its covered not like any other fast food restaurant which you can really see that they are really cooking your food fresh but this place you cant see it at all and plus i do doordash and i see the post when dasher have 2 account they will deactivated and block the driver we are not your slave we dont work for you without drivers you have no business dasher drivers should avoid this place dont get any orders from them they think they owned the dasher drivers which is totally...

I’m not complaining about the food at all. I would like to leave this review about the terrible for not to say the worst customer service ever, specially the red head boy that works there. He told me that my order would be ready in 10 minutes and I waited as he advised me, but after that I asked to another lady if the order was ready which she gently went to check inside. Got Chick-Fil-A from this location. Was severely disappointed. First was missing one of the fries we had ordered, and the other fries that we did receive were very soggy and drenched in oil.
