Yesterday we came here & they don't take your name like most Starbucks. So when your order is ready, you don't hear it. They also don't tell you which counter each item will be delivered at.
Today we had everything except for my drink ready to go. We were wondering what was taking so long as we watched a fast guy make 10 complicated drinks & people who came after us leaving quick & happy.
My drink was really simple: tea bag + hot water. When the lady finally delivered it she did so with a grumpy face, didn't say the drink name or anything, so I asked "is this the mint tea" she stops, says yes. Then I asked, "May I have a Venti?" It was the wrong size & I asked politely, but she wasn't in the mood, grabbed the cup without saying anything, then took it back. She replaced it without saying anything.
I understand everyone has bad days, but there was a world of difference between our barista & the guy who was busting out more complicated drinks while having friendly conversations with all the customers as if he knew & talked to all the regulars.

Read moreIf i could i would give this Starbucks negative stars for their customer service. My dad had ordered a pastery and when he received he asked if they had warmed it up. They said "yes" and my dad told them that he didn't want it warmed up. That every starbucks he has gone to has asked him if he wanted it warmed up. Implying this is what they should have done. The man argued with my dad saying he was wrong and that he ( the employee) had not been instructed to ask such a question. And that people usually want their pastry/food warmed up. However this employee, fraan, was not so eloquent with his words. He was rude and disrespectful, i couldn't believe it. And none of his fellow employees stepped in to say "sorry sir" or to stop fraan from being so disrespectful. I'm appalled, this man should be severely reprimanded and/or FIRED. I know the concept of customer service is dwindling but its still important. You want customers? Show them some service. I'm not your friend so don't jerk me around or talk to me like you are.

Read moreI like to order online always. I have a new born and only my boyfriend can pick up my orders. I have 3 drinks to order and one of them I said “LIGHT-ICE”. It was a grande drink and the rest of them Frapuccino drinks. Why they DID NOT READ THE ORDER CORRECTLY and have one of my drinks regular ice? If I was me picking up my drinks and I’d see that, I would go back and ask really nice to give me what I paid for. This is not the first time this happen. One time I ask for a venti drink and I also paid for a venti drink and they gave me a grande. I call and I asked why would they give me a grande when I paid for a venti? She said they ran out of venti drinks. Since I order online and the option still there, they should at list apologies and let us know and perhaps give us credit for that extra money we paid for.
