Starbucks — Restaurant in Redwood City

I actually like this Starbucks but there is this one employee who got my drink wrong twice because of ignorant distraction. I'm vegan so I ordered my caramel macchiato almond milk with no caramel drizzle. Well when I received my drink it had almond milk but it had caramel drizzle. Of course I went up to the girl who made my drink and politely asked if she could fix my drink. However she was talking to this guy who didn't work there and was being a huge distraction. She simply said oh and threw my drink away not even bothering to look at the exact order. She kept talking to this boy and added cow milk to my drink! I tried telling her but she just did not pay attention. I am super angry! I was so angry I was afraid of going off on her so I left and she still continued to be incredibly distracted by the boy. I hope the manager of this Target Starbucks comes across this review and takes proper action on this employee. Extremely angry and accidentally took a good slurp of gross cow milk. As far a Starbucks goes its ok. Although were from out of town and while passing by the mall had decided to grab a coffee, a simple thing to do 1 would think, but Google maps made that more difficult than you'd think. After entering the location of this Starbucks into the app it began giving us directions, ok fine. The only issue is when driving by the location that Google kept saying we had arrived at our destination, but its NO where to be found. You CAN NOT SEE THIS STARBUCKS FROM THE PARKING LOT. You have to enter into a outdoor shopping area and walk quite a bit. I mention this only because I am disabled and want other people to know if they are at limited mobility or what have you this location is more difficult to visit then 1 with a stand alone location. I know they can't change the location of this store but at the very least have a tasteful sign made up that can be placed on near the parking area so if a customer drives by looking for the store they can see they are in the correct location, but they will have to enter into the actual outdoor area of it to...

I love Starbucks, but this is the worst one I have been to. The service is awful. One time I went and they decided to close before thee were actually suppose to and refused to serve me. Another time, that refused to make my mother an iced mocha, since they didn't feel like making more..... It gets worse .With my drink, I asked for it with almond milk and no whipped cream since I have a pretty bad allergy to all dairy products, and the guy taking my order even repeated it correctly back to me. When I got my drunk, not only was it made with whipped cream, but whole milk. She said she would remake it with almond milk, but I saw her using dairy milk, and made it in the dairy container, because she was too busy talking to the other guy than her work.
