I visited Pronto Pizza in Redwood City for a meal before checking into my hotel and I was prepared to get pizza but their rotisserie chicken meal caught my eye. The whole chicken was superb—juicy, flavorful, and roasted to absolute perfection. The accompanying roasted potatoes had the ideal balance of crispness and tenderness with a hint of rosemary, making them a perfect match for the main dish. The fresh house-made focaccia was wonderfully soft, golden on the edges, and irresistible, ideal for dipping in the savory juices or paired with the provided sauce. I went to Pronto Pizza with a friend on my birthday. I was telling her how good the ling cod fish and chips are there. So we drove down and was greeted by a kind and courteous employee. After ordering at the register and finding seating, food came out pretty fast. The Ling cod (4 pieces) was cooked too perfection, moist inside with a crispy outside, and the large cut fries were awesome and tasty! They have this house tartar sauce that is so good! What terrible service! They delivered to the wrong address- when I called them, they stated that they knew they delivered to the wrong address because the person who answered the door told them they didn’t order it! They never called me to tell me- I had to call them. The man who answered was completely rude, told me to bad so sad, go order from somewhere else.

Can’t imagine their food quality is any better than their attitude. I do not support small businesses that treat their patrons in that manner. Hope they get closed down sooner rather than later and a real restaurant takes...
