We were in Rehobeth for the Fourth of July weekend and my girlfriend and I neither one of us had ever been to a drag show so we did a little research prior to coming down for the weekend and discovered the Freddys was having a drag show on the fourth, so we decide to go. It was interesting because the owner Fred actually got married that day so the place was decorated up for the wedding for he and his groom And they made a little announcement before the Drive show began. It was fun, entertaining for sure. Neither one of us had any expectations as to what they expect but like I said it was really fun and the performers or drag show Queens did a great job. I was sort of kind of like going to a strip club. They would come out and have costume changes in between and then they would dance around for like two songs and everybody would give them money so it was very interactive. We did actually get there a little before the show started and had some food which was OK it wasn’t great but you know I guess most people are coming there for the culinary side it’s more for the drinking and the entertainment site so nonetheless what we have is good I guess it was to be Expected. My only negative thing was the main woman who sort of announced every person at one point came out wearing a political dress which I thought was classless you know they’re here for being entertainers entertain. We’re not there for your opinion on politics and I just don’t feel like it had any place thereaside from that everything else was great. Have a good time. I would definitely recommend going here and if I were to get back into the area, I probably...
Read moreMe and my partner were there last night during the Sea Witch Festival. The rest of the staff was amazing! The on duty manager… an older woman with glasses and short… was less than inviting! I had expressed when we got there earlier in the night that we would be having dinner and staying for the show. Upon realizing that my partner was given a wristband for the show at no charge I went up to make change to tip the queens and get a wristband for myself. She proceeded to charge me for mine and then when I told her that my partner did not have to pay for his and that I had told her we were staying for the show, she proceeded to tell me that I was causing a problem. I don’t understand how asking a simple question is causing a problem. She treated me with a spoon respect! She should not hold the position that she does if she is going to treat people like they are below her. If she is working when we happen to come back to the area, we will not be going there. The rest of the staff was awesome but if I see her there I will not give that business any of my hard earned money! Your management ruined our...

Why does this place feel like a queer minstrelsy straight bar with drag. The straight/queer ratio seemed very skewed towards outwardly presenting heteronormative couples. Maybe this place was just a bit too overwhelmed with multiple "straight" bachelorette parties. I'm not going to gatekeep who is queer enough for a gay bar but the end result is that myself and my partner two transgender pansexual and polyamorous women felt a little too queer for a "gay" bar.
The drag performance was decent but absolutely hindered by people that would clog the tunnel to the back half of the bar. The backroom is not the place to be for a drag performance. The queens are good and try to make their way back there, but it's hit or miss on success and duration.
If this place advertised as a straight bar it would rate better but after multiple visits to each one, Arlington is the superior...
