My friends and I were in the shop last Saturday evening (03/08) before going to dinner. The gentleman behind the counter (I’m not sure, but maybe he was the owner?) was so helpful and kind. He gave us a demonstration in the store of this giant bubble sword. It was so cool. He addressed the issue of the ages of kids, how to make the big bubbles, etc. while we were talking about the kids we would be gifting it to. He was just very genuine and helpful. It’s a fun store and has such a range of toys and gifts! We will return here on our next Rehoboth visit. Thank you!

Nice toy and kite store located near the Boardwalk at Rehoboth Beach. Great selection on some cool toys. Also some nice models and flying kites. The prices were a little high, but I guess to be expected near the beach in a touristy town. The store was well stocked and organized. Everything was clean and well presented. Had some nice rare items that you can't find easily elsewhere.

My husband and I were visiting Rehoboth for the day and thought it would be so neat to get a kite since the weather was perfect for it. The customer service was excellent. They helped us find just what we needed to make our adventure happen. We went to the beach and got our buzz lightyear kite up in the air in all his glory. It was so much fun. Apparently it was way too windy though. One of the sticks broke and we were bummed. So we walked the short distance back up to the shop and they handled the whole situation with the best customer service I have seen in awhile! They traded out our broken kite for a new one without any hassle! Well pleased with this place! Definitely will go back and recommend anyone...

The young man behind the counter was very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with the kites we bought. Took our kites (2) to the beach to fly them. Kite #1 went up and flew as expected. Kite #2 was a dive-bombing dud. So, we went back to the shop with the kite and video footage of the dive-bombing kite. The young man checked the kite and determined that he needed to accompany us to the beach to fly it himself! Off we went and he quickly determined that there was a defect with the way the strings were attached on the kite. Back at the shop he provided a replacement kite. We successfully flew the replacement kite. Mission accomplished! That's...

Bought my first kite in years to play/fly on the beach. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Be careful you can get dizzy looking up at the huge display they have along the ceiling. After a day on the beach flying my kite I had to take it down. [Used a dog tether screw anchor to hold it up all day] once I had it dow I found that two of the bottom stays were missing. I found one on the beach but not the other. I went back to the store see get some help. Cameron and Nick (I think sorry) were wonderful adding to the positive experience I had that morning. Will be back to add to my new collection....
