Not sure what's going on here but I was driving around looking for an ice cream place close by as my 4 year old wanted ice cream with a CHERRY. I assumed this place was going to be sufficient for that, judging by a quick glance at the photos. The walked in and was the only person. Noticed the place was pretty cool. I was thirsty and saw the cooler of New York Seltzer... SCORE (my favorite). A lady came up from the back. She seemed "busy" with something back there. Anyways, I said, "can I get a kid scoop of Birthday (something)" and she kind of cut me off asking "cup or cone?".. as I was about to say on a cone.. So assuming she was in a hurry I just ordered a small scoop instead of a milkshake of orange (something) chocolate chip. Then I asked her if she could "please put a cherry on it cuz my daughter wanted a Cherry". She apologized and said they dont have cherries. ( which looking at the pictures more closely now... none of them have a CHERRY..but I assumed that's just a "standard" with banana splits and such..? They DID have whip cream and tiny round Sprinkles though so whatever (probably fine). Other people walked in, I paid and went to the car, handed my daughter her cone and looked down at my cup of ice cream and started laughing! Now... I think $10 for a kid scoop on a cone (cone was just generic brand), small scoop in cup and a New York Seltzer is a fair decent price... But Look at my LITERALLY 4 bites of Ice Cream! LoL I was like "HUH?"... Anyways, the texture was interesting and different. not sure if it's like a healthy ice cream place or something because it didn't taste sweet at all! not even the chocolate chips they tasted like maybe carrot chips or something..? pretty bland but not bad. My daughter did not like hers and wanted to trade me LOL. Hers tasted "different" as well, but not bad OVERALL... definitely not something to get for kids who are used to Baskin Robbins. ;)) As for myself, I would probably order again (giant size to equal what I consider a small scoop).. if I was a millionare.

Came by craving ice cream desserts, we tried the cherry cheesecake, cereal milk, Malty chocolate, Reno 911(coffee and donuts) and passion something with goat cheese. I got 3 flavors in a split, kids got one in a confetti cone, and sugar cone. I love the way the desserts look, but I was expecting the ice cream to be more thicker and creamier. The texture was very much like a icy cream texture, it melted really fast. And its cold right now 50°. I prefer a chewy thick creamy ice cream. That's why I give it a 3 star rating. I was looking for the cream, but instead got an icy texture. The unique flavors are definitely interesting and fun. The confetti cone was thick and we enjoyed the texture. But it was rolled up to cover the bottom part of the cone so my daughter struggled eating it as it dripped down. Banana split wasn't what i was expecting, the chocolate sauce solidified the chocolate so the chocolate became crunchy solid pieces. I personally do not like chocolate like that, I thought it was going to be a chocolate sauce. First time having a split with this texture of chocolate topping. They also pour the pineapple, strawberry sauce all over the split, I'm used to places putting a sauce on each scoop. So once I took a bite, I didn't like the sauce toppings. They were runny and not thick. Because of this, plus the icy ice cream melting fast, I was left with a pool of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. I wouldn't order this again. If I were to come back it would just be to try out individual cones only and no topping. I like their variety of unique flavors.

Gross, Bland Decor, Panna Cotta Tasted Like Rubber, Probably To much Gelatin , Cannoli, Soggy With A Tiny Bit Of Filling Of Something GROSS That Was Not Traditional Also Rubbery. The Ice Cream Sundae, Mushy Banana, No Cherry, Ice Cream flavors Bland, Ran Out Of The Rainbow Sprinkles, Whipped Cream Was Watery.

Staff are young kids who had about 10 of their friends hanging out front and coming in and out pushing chairs and tables to get to the counter and chit chat and hold up the bathroom. There were a few other patrons , one was questioning their order. You clean the table yourself when patrons leave. I took napkins and cleaned my table before and after.

Bathroom was not clean, wet toilet paper on the floor and a large amount of rolled out TP from the dispenser. It had a mild fishy smell of Vaginosis. The staff were way to busy with their friends to remedy the issue,

The owner also owns Icecycle, they had a kiosk in the West Street Market, they did ok, they had hit or miss hours, so I’m told by the owner, the staff was unreliable so he and his wife and baby had to serve. The ice cream there was much better as was customer service & were generous with sampling. I was a patron of Icecycle from the day they opened till they closed. My ice cream or sorbet was generous size always tasted excellent. Owner, is the master behind their garlic flavor gelato.

This place needs to shut down for a few weeks and work on retraining and work on their desserts ice cream and non ice cream and redecorate this sad looking hole in the wall.

I’m noticing here, who’s ever is replying to reviews is just plain rude, ignorant, instead of looking into the issue. Telling patrons off is not going to win you customers who read...
