Nomad Boutique — Local services in Reno

While the shop is cute, the clothes are stylish, and the prices are decent, the poor service knocks two stars off my review. There was no assistance whatsoever. No one checked on me in the dressing room, although I definitely needed help. I even stuck my head out looking for someone, but I was ignored by the girls socializing at the counter. I heard other customers being helped... I don't know if I just fell through the cracks, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. To make things worse, the checkout process was super awkward. I wasn't asked any of the normal "how was everything today?" questions, and no one made eye contact with me. You would think spending nearly $200 would get me decent service, but I was instead treated like a lower...

I’ve followed Nomad Boutique on IG for awhile, I made it to the physical store today & it did not disappoint. I went in for a shirt in particular & came out with my bag overflowing. The girl at the desk was more than helpful & extremely attentive with questions/help in the dressing room. There were a few things online that they didn’t have in store, but I feel confident in the sizing now, & will most definitely be back! 10/10...

Cutest clothes ever and the staff are really friendly. No plus size clothes but that is what plus sized stores are for. I wouldn't go into a plus sized store and ask why there is no items for my size to purchase, and as for the comment about having to pay their rent I have worked in retail and a portion of the price of the clothes does go towards rent and paying the staff.
