Order food total $32.32 - Birria Ramen 5.8/10 I ordered it with a soft boil egg but I did not find it in my bowl. The broth did not have lots of flavors like a traditional birria should. The meat was very tender and juice but still lacking that flavor of birria. It reminded my more of just a typical pot roast. The noodles were my favorite they were just the right thickness. The cheese did throw me off, if I were to order this again I'd try it without cheese and also less cilantro as it also took over the flavor of the soup. - Tri-Tip Quesabirria w/ tots 5.4/10 Honestly the tots themselves would receive a 10/10. But the Quesabirria was bland even with the comsume. I am comparing this to what a traditional birria should taste like. The flavor was just lacking. I did like that there was plenty of meat. Side note: I was extremely happy that it was dog friendly.

In town for the Strange Brewfest and wanted to load up on food before arriving. Unfortunately we arrived at noon and the kitchen didn’t open until til 2. Not sure if this is the normal kitchen times for a Saturday or if it was due to a sick call. Had a beer before leaving for a nearby bbq restaurant. I had heard great things about their menu, so I was disappointed. But there will be other trips to Reno and other opportunities to try Pignic. They do have an amazing variety of oddball smoothie sours in cans. Outdoor patio area is nice. Inside is not your normal restaurant vibe, which really adds to the personality and charm. Staff was super friendly.

With the global pandemic of COVID-19, it really limits the dining options in the Reno area. My sister and I were Jonesing for some BBQ after a long road trip to / from Yuba City, CA. I'm only visiting therefore not familiar with their menu. The hostess / bar keep / server behind the bar was so gracious in the young, hip-hop kinda way. She coaxed me into creating my own order. It was damn delicious too. With seating limited, and the time in those seats limited, we smashed on our food and bounced. The service was adequate given the circumstances. I'm a fan.

Really just giving them the benefit of the doubt. We came for the Revision tasting room, but it was closed. So our fault on that. They have two sours on the board for tasting and both really missed the mark. We asked for tasters and the bartender gave us full pours. Not going to let them go to waste and since there were only two sours we got both. I'm sure the IPAs they have are good. I'm just not really into IPAs. There were a few people here when we got there, but it was dead. Granted they just opened for the day. The boars head kinda creeped me out but very interesting atmosphere. Patio looked closed for remodel. Complete outdoor kitchen. I'd love to come back and see if I would have a better experience during their peak hours.

Additional insight for the owner who obviously didn't like my review. I'm sorry that I wasn't a fan of the place. Just not my style or whatever. You don't have to like my review. That's the beauty behind opinions. I do realize that we came in shortly after opening, I mentioned that.

Again, we would love to come back and get a better vibe during peak hours. I believe I mentioned it before but I'll say it again, I am pretty sure it's a completely different place when it's...

It was my first time going to this place last night with my wife, didn’t know anyone but the bar was nice and somewhat busy but nothing crazy. I went up for drinks to take to a table, There was 2 bartenders, The female bartender ignored me for a while then told me to move to the other side to order and proceeded to ignore me some more and take other orders. Then the 2nd bartender Kyle who was also taking orders blatantly made it obvious he wasn’t going to take my order for no good reason as he would look me in the eyes and then skip to the next person right next to me who would just show up after I’d been waiting, he did this 4 times the exact same way to the point to where I gave up after 25 minutes waiting, so I sat down. when I explained to a white gentleman next to us what was going on he went up to see how long it would take him and to no surprise he got us drinks from KYLE in less than 3 minutes! Keep in mind I was not rude or giving dirty looks at all, I am very passive and don’t look for trouble. I can’t think of anything else other than being discriminated against! 1st time there and Will never go back, its a shame as it was such a cool...

Great food and solid beverages with friendly service, but very awkward right now with pandemic rules. We followed the ground markings to be greeted by two chairs. Some menus were tucked off to the right but we didn’t notice them in the dark. We were told to approach the bar to order so we did, but when the bartender realized we weren’t ready they told us to go wait back at the chairs and that seating at the bar was for ordering only but that we had to remain seated at all times and to find other chairs to sit in. After chair hopping we finally placed our order and then wandered outside to find other seating. We were able to have our food delivered to the table but not our drinks. I’m sure all these logistics and rules makes sense to the people at the restaurant but this was really different from other restaurants, so why are all the rules so different...
