Never have I ever been so frustratingly pissed off about a fast food pickup experience. We timed submitting our online order for exactly when we would be there to pick it up on our road trip. We pulled up to the drive through and were told “we are not allowed to hand online orders through the drive through window so you can only come inside to get it.” Why would I want to get out of my car in 100 degree heat at 7 months pregnant to go inside and pick up food? I would have just gone through the drive through! My husband and I road trip across the country and do online ordering all the time to make our stops quick and I have NEVER heard of a fast food place not allow us to pick up our food in the drive thru or offer curbside delivery. So I go inside and there is not even a designated area to wait for online orders, so I still waited in line behind a bunch of people just to be told my order was still not ready. At that point it was 12:39 and the app said it was ready at 12:32. The app said my order was “picked up” so obviously someone marked that they had finished it in order to keep their times good with management when they in fact had not even finished making my order. I stood there for ten minutes waiting for my food before they finished it. Either get with the program and allow people to pick it up through the drive thru or offer to walk it out to the car if you are experiencing problems and are behind schedule. If I had been alone with my toddler with me, I would have done a chargeback with my credit card company and gone through the drive thru anyways because no way would I be hauling kids in with me to pick up food. Absolutely terrible policy. Also wanted to say the workers were friendly despite all this and it's not their fault that their management has this stupid policy. This was my first time to try Raising Cane’s and the food was terrible and bland. The chicken was super light colored unlike the pictures and had no seasoning and the sauce was really gross and sour. They don’t offer any other sauce choices so nothing could be done to help with the bland taste. My husband said the chicken isn’t normally like that and the ones in Louisiana where he lived are way better. I was just pissed off we went here instead of CFA where we would have had wonderful drive thru service with online ordering AND better food for...

Raising Cane's Chicken is a major part of Reno's fast food culture. The smell of fresh cooked fried chicken fingers fills the air for several blocks surrounding the business, inviting you to come there to have a tasty meal.

The line for the drive-thru almost always wraps around the building and out into the parking lot. The people who live here love coming to Cane's and they show it by their patronage and loyalty. While most people use the drive thru and online ordering and pick up, many people dine in. The seating is great inside and there's a really good outdoor patio for eating too. The music 🎵 is being played just loud enough to create a party like atmosphere.

The staff is the key to the success of Cane's restaurant. They work tirelessly constantly making meals and drinks for their customers. One worker, Cici, is incredibly nice and she told me the history of Cane's name. The owner had a dog named Cane, a picture is on the wall. Cici 💗 pointed it out to me and explained the story of raising the dog named Cane.

The food is addictive! After my first visit I couldn't wait to go back and get some more. 🐓 It's always served very hot 🔥 so I can't eat it right away. I have to wait for it to cool down for a few minutes. That's the anticipation time. When I can't wait any longer I open one of the delicious sauces and grab a finger 🤞 and dip it in the sauce to help cool the deep fried chicken 😋 fingers down a little bit. I still have to take small bites, nibbling on each 🔥 hot morsel.

The chicken is so plump and juicy! It's crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, YUMMY 🤤! I have to take my time and not rush, so I can savor every bite.

Thanks 🙏 for all of you workers ❤️ who make it all possible,...

We LOVE your chicken and your toast. With the exception of this time ( yesterday October 3rd,2020) we have never been even a little dissatisfied. Yesterday I went to your location off of South Virginia and Neil Road here in Reno. My orders were simple. I placed an order for a neighbor who i recommend your delicious food to. Anyways, the chicken was a little over cooked. Normally, it's not crunchy, but just oh so tender. My first order was a Cainiac with a root beer drink. The clerk was polite and gave me my reciept and food. My second order was 2 Cainiac meals with 2 extra toast. The clerk gave me my change, and I made my drink, hot my food and left. I have my neighbor her food, and I went home for my husband and I to eat. The chicken was a little over cooked so we pulled off the crunchy pieces and ate. When I got done eating, I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager named Ben. He apologized be for the issue but because the cashier didn't give me a receipt ( even though I have him the time, total, and exact order) he said he could only give me 1 complimentary Caniac meal next time I'm in the restaurant. I am very grateful for the offer but it upsets me that I gave ALL information where it could be looked up on the register, the cashier failed to give me the receipt for the 2 purchase yet instead of looking it up real quick and replacing the entire 2 order, the manager just opted to replace only one. Now we prefer your restaurant over KFC, Popeyes Chick-fil-A, ect. but I recommend you to EVERYONE I know and even bought a meal for a " first time" Cainiac. I will continue to give patronage to your restaurant and will accept the complimentary meal I just think it could have been handled...

We ordered 4 chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich meal total $19 no cane sauce we were told we would have to pay for them separately. It would have been nice if someone had suggestively said that at the cash register. So now I have four chicken fingers with no sauce dry as a bone. We get the chicken sandwich also really dry, so we started to put on some ketchup when we noticed the lettuce was black and wilty. Just decided to eat the chicken it was really good just dry. Just blows my mind that I would order chicken fingers and not get any kind of sauce to dip them in. Used at the restroom and there were no paper towels. Pee all over the floor suggest if you eat here, you get drive thru and take it home to have some sauce other people must have come to this conclusion as well because the drive thru was packed! I did like the fact that they had people out in the dining room cleaning.

Fantastic fast food restarant where the chicken and texas toast tastes fresh every single time I visit. We should've ordered extra chicken and toast slices because we pretty much inhaled both our orders and were still craving more after we finished. The Limited edition reusable Post Malone Cups were still in stock for about $1.39 so we bought two of those as well. There was no line at 10:40pm on a Tuesday night and only had to wait a couple minutes for our order to be ready. There tends to either be a really long line wrapping around the parking lot or no line whatsoever but either way, the line always moves really fast. Also they have nugget ice!!!
