I am unimpressed with Freddy's. I have been here multiple times and my order has been wrong more than once. At one point I went through the drive through and ordered two combo meals. I got home and realized that the meals I ordered were not the ones in the bag. I always check the bag before leaving to make sure everything is there but I shouldn't have to open every burger and make sure it has the right amount of patties on it. Another time I went through the drive through and ordered a concrete. I had cherries put in it and waited for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for ice cream. That's not the frustrating part though. I get home with the custard and gave it to my husband. He started eating it and realized very quickly that there were cherry stems in his shake! Who does that???? He ate a few more bites and every time there was another stem. I am an understanding and reasonable person so if there was just one stem I would've brushed it off but literally every bite had cherry stems in it. How hard is it to take them off? Especially when you have 15 minutes to make it!! I called because I wanted this issue taken care of and they said if I drove all the way back there they would remake it. I don't have extra time to drive back and forth though so and the whole situation was very disappointing. The food is mediocre, fries are so small they get cold way too fast. Upon my return visit, I was met with profound apologia and an exuberant eagerness to furnish me with a gastronomic escapade far superior to my previous encounter, which was akin to dining with misfortune itself. In what seemed like the mere blink of an eye—five fleeting minutes, to be precise—my culinary creations arrived at my table, resplendent and seemingly dripping with the promise of ambrosial delight. To preface, most of our experiences at freddys have been satisfactory. Unfortunately though my husband had a pretty poor experience there today. He went through the drive thru and while ordering mentioned he had a coupon for a free mini sundae with purchase of a meal. The employee seemed to understand. However when my husband gets up to pay the employee takes his card and rings him up without taking the coupon my husband was also trying to give him. When my husband brought this to his attention, the employee rudely said it's too late and there's nothing he can do about it now. We're poor students and were just looking forward to a free sundae, and instead had to pay an additional $5 for one. I also have a hard time believing he couldn't do...
