First of all, I am one of the many regulars here. Second of all, I am beyond satisfied with the service I continue to receive at this location. Finding a coffee shop that is open until midnight is really important for a college student like myself, and late night studying becomes highly more enjoyable with the wonderful night staff here. I no longer go to Half Price or other Starbucks locations, because everyone at Campbell and 75 goes out of their way to make each of the customers feel at home.
I especially enjoy the charisma that the mustached employee brings to the environment. The way that he goes out of his way to smile at everyone, even the other employees, is indicative of the fact that everyone loves their job here and it shows. It shows in the way that the staff carefully caters to each of the customers; it shows in the way in which each drink is served with a friendly (and contagious) smile; it shows in the way in which regulars like myself keep coming back. I, myself, am especially particular about good customer service. I normally only leave reviews if my experience has been surprisingly pleasant or memorably horrible.
Through and through, the unparalleled customer service at this location never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for all the delicious drinks and unconditional customer care! Especially that mustache man—I don’t know how you do it every time you come into work, but you are doing the damn thing! If only caffeine worked as hard as you do to keep everything hunky-dory.

I have been coming here for quite few months!
i thought the manager is great!
Today, everything changed at my sight about this place!!!
I came yesterday right before they close like 11:20 ish, I sat on a table till prepare my drink and I forgot my wallet on the table!
Today, I woke up looking for it and went SUPER CRAZY like if I lost a son! I called them immediately because they were last place I’d been to for before I head home!
They put me on hold and I could hear them asking each other about a lost wallet. They even asked me to give them 10 mins to call back claiming someone will keep looking for it.
I called back and they said, “sorry we could not find it”
My conscious was telling me it is still there for sure, so I drove ~25 mins to them cause this was a crises that no one would know how and why as the wallet had international id’s that i cant re-issue from here. Anyways, I went there and talked to the cashier and he remembered me coz i called.
In all of the sudden, the manager came and grabbed it from RIGHT BENEATH the cashier deck!!!!
How on earth they “lie” or pretend that they looked for it when I called!!!! They made me feel extremely stressful like EXTREMELY, and eventually they were just neglected!!!
I will simply not come here again what so ever!

Tried ordering a London fog... They can't do that cuz they're out of earl grey tea... Tried to order a pumpkin spice latte decaf with sugar free pumpkin spice.. They can't do that either because they don't have sugar free pumpkin spice... I asked what can they make that's sugar free... I'm on keto diet... So I can't have sugar... I have been to many different locations and they were always able to make recommendations for me when I mention that I am on keto... Obviously it's not the barista's fault that she wasn't trained right. I kept asking what can she make that's sugar free and she clearly has no idea what I'm talking about... I don't expect her to know what keto is but she should know what drinks she can make sugar free....how are you training your employees?? She doesn't even know her drinks!! I just ended up leaving as there were many people already waiting behind me... I'm not coming back here again.. It was so frustrating!!!
