First we got old lukewarm stale tasting coffee so we ask for new coffee, the waitress first blamed it on the hostess for giving it to us and then she brought us the same old lukewarm stale coffee and said she was brewing a new pot so it would be fresher next time, well there never was a next time because she never brought us new coffee then we received our food and the omelet was so cold that the cheese inside hadn’t even melted at all and the sausage in it was burnt to a crisp, my daughters eggs where almost completely raw and not cooked and her pancakes where cold with the chocolate chips on the inside of the pancake(in the batter mix) frozen and it hurt her tooth when she bit down on it...probably bad enough to have to go to dentist now. The waitress was kind enough to have the food remade. Then the so called manager was the one whom delivered our fresh food ( which was floored perfect that Time ) i then proceeded to ask her if we were ever going to get our fresh coffee, she then became enraged with me screaming and hollering to the point that I had to ask her 3+ times to walk away before I called the police on her because we felt extremely threatened by her and yes by the 3rd time of me requesting her to leave us alone I to started getting angry and raising my voice, we all lost our appetite of course however we did sit there while I proceeded to call the corporate offices and file a complaint, we are also reporting her very unprofessional approach of extreme anger and threats to the police department. I have been eating Denny’s for over 20 years with their coffee being my absolute favorite so I’m pretty sure I know the difference between old and fresh and we have been going to this Denny’s since we moved to the area 6 months ago and have NEVER had a problem like this until today however the last visit before this we did witness that same so called manager yelling at our waitress and calling her stupid in front of the rest of the staff and customers. I sure hope you guys can get it together down there because all she is doing is running that place into the ground and now facing possible...
Read moreI have always loved going to Denny’s. With Covid and all I had not been back in a while and I was so excited to go. Before I go into the weeds on that I’d like to state that due to Covid all license expiration dates were pushed out and most facilities like the dispensaries and bars have a form that tells them the date they truly expire. Unfortunately Denny’s must not have been informed of this. Anyways, my spouse asked if we could be seated in the bar as it was super loud and we knew we would be more comfortable in a more quiet setting. Upon walking into this seating area, the lady who watched it was a bit older and I could sense the attitude off her the moment we walked in. She came up to us and asked for ids as she should and then stated so loudly (remember we are in a very quiet room) IM SORRY BUT I CANT HAVE YOU SIT IN HERE WITH EXPIRED IDS” I tried to explain to her but she interrupted and stated the same sentence. I understand she was doing her job but I wish Denny’s would be more understanding and aware of these things so wouldn’t run into these issues, and whoever that cranky lady was needs to work on her demeanor. It ruined my entire experience as I was asked to leave the bar and be seated somewhere I was a bit uncomfortable. I don’t even drink! I just wanted to enjoy my meal without the anxiety of a large room with out loud people, ya know? Our new server was lovely!! She made us feel better. Lady in the bar, fix your attitude m’am and be more genuine to those figuring out how life works coming...
Read moreOrdered for curbside pickup, park in the spot, directions in the sign is to call to tell them we are there. We call, phone is off the hook. The parking lot was pretty empty, it was about 1 in the afternoon. Benefit of the doubt that they are backed up and the phones are full. Continue to wait about 5 minutes, calling in every minute or so to see if the line is no longer busy but it never goes through. So had to go inside to pick it up. Stores pretty empty, phones not busy. Wait about 40 minutes total from time of order til it was ready. We are out of towners here because we own a few food establishments here and we’re staying the week for work. So we finally get our food for 3 teens and us 2 parents. Take the kids and dogs to the park to eat, they didn’t include the French toast to my husbands meal. I paid extra for it but whatever, it happens and wasn’t going to go back after the service we had received. Not worth, wasn’t even going to make a review. But then I’m eating and my pancakes taste burnt but look good. Few more bites and no improvement so I cut them down the middle and flip and see the bottoms are COMPLETELY burnt. So now here is a poor review because the service, the missing items, AND the hidden burnt food deserves it. Bad days happen, but this was negligence from the start 🤷♀️ Paid $90 for it and I was already thrown by the cost but then this is what I’ve paid for? We won’t be back, but do better for...
