I have been a regular patron of this store for Over 10 years. I always found everyone to be very nice and helpful. There's never been any problem until today. I would normally have given the store at least 4 stars. Their service is always exceptional and friendly.
I spend $300-400 a month, but they lost that revenue today and it is due to a large (overweight), dark haired male employee in his 30's?, wearing a backwards cap with facial hair, who refused to serve me and booted me out of the store for my "being rude ". The exact opposite is actually true.
I was going to buy cigarettes from a case on the counter that was marked down to $6.99. Because I don't ordinarily smoke any of those brands and know zero about any of them I asked if any of them were ultra light. He said " I don't know. What's in there is in there". That was the 2nd time in a few weeks that he's not attempted to assist me. Anyone else there would have checked for me. I was annoyed. I'm 76, just had cataract surgeries, and I couldn't read the pkgs behind the case or take a look myself. Clearly I had counted on him to help me, but that was not his agenda. That was the second time within a month that he refused to provide me assistance. I said "well can you help me!!?" He didn't like that, and he refused to sell to me the 2 packs I'd settled on. He kicked me out of the store and kept repeating, "Goodbye!! " I went a few steps over to another cashier, and he told her no, you can't sell to her for being rude. And repeatedly said "goodbye " to me. Excuse me, but I was not inappropriate!
I said " you make a lot of money from me" on my way out, warning he may want to reconsider. He said something that didn't make sense. "I don't doubt it with your attitude " Huh?
I had asked for the manager before leaving and he said " he'll be in later this afternoon and trust me I will be talking to him about you." I asked for the managers name, which he refused to give me.
So, Mr. Manager: whatever reason he has for being so repulsive towards me is irrelevant, but his job was to assist me, no?, and kicking me out of the store for asking if he could help me even if he my tone showed displeasure, is completely unacceptable. I don't consider that rude or inappropriate given that it is exactly his job description and he's done that not once, but twice. 2 out of 2. He needs to go! How he treats a customer behind your back is outrageous.
As I said your store just lost well over $300 a month from me, x 10 years. A lot of money!!! Tens of thousands! His attitude and passive aggression is not how i expect to be treated and I won't shop anywhere that allows...
   Read moreTheir incense glass pipes break too easily. The glass pipes don't hold up to intense heat very well... some of the employees have attitudes or (what's called) stuck up personalities. I had hoped they'd have better training when it comes to customer service... I enjoy Pandora's Box because of the great level of Customer Service... so on a side note with all that said " I do enjoy the prices and all the knick knack accessories they sell. I also enjoy the 5$ purchase and the free torch lighter given on each individual purchase... when they are out of torches they should at least give out the free regular lighter in its place... anyways. I want to give this place 5.5 stars but I can only give 3 stars due to the Customer Service that needs much work... maybe give your employees incentives for training better and using better customer service. Let the customers write who they think should b employee of the month and that'll stand out for others to achieve the same status or let them go and give someone else the position to achieve Amazing customer service... train your employees with better understanding of how not to mouth off at their customers or how not to wave off their questions or concerns... I find it difficult to ask anybody anything when I Shop in the store... I look around and check Google for reviews instead of asking questions.. it shouldn't be like...

HUGE selection of products… all kinds of vape accessories, glass & hookahs in so many different sizes, different & fun smoking apparatuses, cbd products (for people and pets!) & the biggest variety of kratom products I’ve ever seen in one place (powder, capsules, shots, extracts…). I didn’t look at the prices too closely, but from the ones I did see, they don’t charge horribly for kratom. (Still more expensive than getting it online, as are most smoke shops, but the prices didn’t look too crazy jacked up) HUGE variety selection for salt nic juice as well. Might be a good thing I don’t live closer because I’d probably end up spending a ridiculous amount of money there haha The staff there around 3pm on 08/19 were all extremely friendly & helpful.
