Lil Firehouse Coffee Richland — Restaurant in Richland

I’ve been coming to this coffee place for a long time. I followed them from Kennewick to when they open the new one in Richland. The coffee has always been great! And the service has always been great! Exceptional service actually. However, in the last month or so it seems like they’ve gone through a lot of turnover and hiring new people. Everyone is very friendly still, but the quality of the coffee has gone downhill quickly. I feel like I have wasted money in the last few weeks for coffee drinks that didn’t taste right they ended up not drinking. Upon returning I told the girl about my experience being not so great and she did nothing to compensate me for the yucky coffee or offer me a new one on them. Even after she had me taste a new coffee and it still tasted bad. I actually have a $50 gift card that I don’t even want to use to go back and risk getting a coffee that is not good. I am always very nice, and understanding when they make my coffee wrong (iced instead of hot, and this happens OFTEN). If you can’t remember what I order from the car or window to the coffee maker then write it down or something. I work in the service industry and I am patient. I honestly would totally give this 5 stars but the prices are to inconsistent. And normally when the guys are running the show the coffee doesnt taste as good when the beautiful females are. And what I mean about price inconsistent, I have went thru to get my normal KFD and sandwich witch I have gotten for as cheap as 10$ and as much as 12$. Today when I went thru when the guys were working. I was charged 13$ for my 16oz KFD and sandwich. Idk if they just added their own tip or dont know the price. I'm not one to complain ever since I work in the food industry but I think you guys need a meeting and fix the inconsistent pricing. I love the coffee and the sandwich, I just kinda dread it when I see just guys in there. Cuz I know the quality wont be as good. The lady's always rock it! The guys seem not to care as much. I'll be continuing to go for my coffee u guys havent scared me off. But maybe address the issue? Maybe have a chart there so they can see the prices. I was told very rudely by multiple staff at Lil Firehouse Coffee they would no longer honor my free drink punch card. I spent money on these drinks with the intention of getting the punch card redeemed for my purchase. Instead I was told by the supervisor I should have known they were no longer accepted because it was posted on their instagram. Keep in mind these cards have no expiration or link to instagram on them. They were extremely rude to my husband and I and refused to give us our free drink. I do not care if they switched their system, I still purchased these 10 drinks regardless of their current system. I have redeemed my roasters/black rock stamp cards as well as Dutch bros cards who have also switched to an online system just as they have, and every other coffee shop has honored them or switched my points over.
