Massage was fantastic, very polite and knowledgeable during massage. My boyfriends feet feel great and so do I. Would have given 5 stars but when I went to pay she asked if the tip would be cash or on the card as well. I said on the card and she asked how much so I said $20. She asked per person? And I said no $10 per. When she still didnt understand I said what the total would have been. She kind of giggled and asked if she didnt give a good massage and I said no it was good but then her polite manner dropped and she informed me most people give 20%. The younger woman said something to her which is when she finally ran my card and gave me my receipt. I can't believe the lack of professionalism from her. I'm not a rich person. Getting these massage were a luxury for my boyfriend and I. Almost demanding I give her a larger tip when I was already giving what I could afford was extremely rude. I loved getting my massage here today with my aunt!! The massage therapist was able to do really deep tissue by kneeling and eventually with my encouragement walking on my back. My aunt and I both thought they did a good job asking if they were going good pressure or needed anything different. Pleasant atmosphere with good music. Two things I didn't like were that you could hear the door bell ring and my massage therapist would breifly step out and come right back a few times, even took a call to schedule an appointment since they didn't have a receptionist. Maybe they usually do but today the lady giving my massage also was receptionist. Also, they didn't have the usual tables with face cradle. Instead, the table had a hole in it for my face which wasn't quite as comfortable. But the massage was exceptionally good, the customer service was good and the piece was only $60 for 60 minutes or $90 for 90 minutes. I'd...

Wow. I called like 5 minutes ago to ask for a massage. The woman who answered said she had a 5 and a 5:30pm. I said let me call you back. Called 5 minutes later but my call dropped as I noticed when I called back that this is a cell phone. I called twice more and they didn't answer. All of the sudden I called and within 5 minutes, she took 2 calls who booked the 2 times available. She didn't offer any other options not even for tomorrow. I wonder if she got mad cause my call dropped. Very unprofessional and not very flexible. If I wanted the business I would have said can you come in tomorrow? I just moved here and wanted to establish a relationship with a massage place as I get them every week for back problems, I guess that's money that they are missing out on every week. I will never ever go there. Left much to be desired with that...
