Arby's — Restaurant in Richmond

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and 4 Premium Chicken Nuggets, and a Coke Zero. It tasted great. I had never had the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich before, and it was very good. What I am extremely happy about is that they finally fixed the Arby's app, so one can order from the Richmond locations on it. I have waited two years for this. It was very easy and simple to use. It will be staying on my phone. UPDATE:. August 14, 2022-I ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich, Crinkle Fries, and Coke Zero. I was glad, because I tried to order it from the west side location, and they messed it up. It was delicious. Well worth it! UPDATE:. November 8, 2022-I decided to dine in this time. I wanted to order the Country Style Rib Sandwich, which I have had several times, and I think it is delicious. Unfortunately, it is no longer available. I think it needs to be a permanent part of the menu. Usually I order the Turkey Ranch and Bacon Market Fresh Sandwich, but this time, I ordered the Turkey and Swiss Sandwich. It is alright. It doesn't have as much on it as the Turkey Ranch and Bacon. UPDATE:. January 1, 2023-I ordered in because I had an online coupon for 23 percent off an order, obviously because of the New Year. I ordered the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, Crinkle Cut French Fries and a Coke Zero. The Steakhouse Burger is a limited time item. I have tasted better steak burgers, and I thought it was okay. There are other items I would probably choose first. UPDATE:. February 10, 2023-I ordered Arby's after having trouble logging into the Frisch's app. I ordered the Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Sandwich, Crinkle Cut French Fries, and Coke Zero. It was delicious! I had a coupon on the app for $3 off, which was even better. It was a limited time item, but I think they need to have it on the menu all the time. UPDATE:. April 26, 2023-I ordered the Bourbon BBQ Country Style Rib Sandwich, Crinkle Cut Style French Fries. I also had a birthday reward for a free shake. I normally don't order milkshakes, so I ordered a Vanilla Shake. It was all very delicious, UPDATE: July 24, 2023-Through the app, I ordered the Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, Medium Crinkle Cut Fries, and Coke Zero. Delicious, like always! UPDATE: September 21, 2023-I ordered through the app the Roast Beef Gyro Sandwich, Jalapeno Peppers, and Coke Zero on the 16th. I never had a Gyro Sandwich before, so I decided to give it a try, and it was great. I never had their Jalapeno Peppers, either, and they tasted great also. I needed a light meal that day, and I found something delicious and worth having again. UPDATE: October 31, 2023-I placed an order after my oil change on the app, and I ordered a Greek Gyro Sandwich, 5 piece Fried Mac and Cheese Bites, and a Coke Zero. The sandwich was delicious and worth ordering again. The Fried Mac and Cheese Bites were delicious, and it was different. It was on its last day as a limited time item that needs to be on the menu all the time. UPDATE: March 2, 2024-I ordered another limited time item, the King's Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon Turkey sandwich. It was delicious, and it was another item that needs to be on the menu permanently. I also ordered Medium French Fries, which I got for $1 with an offer on the app. I also had a Coke Zero as part of the meal. Arby's has a lot of items that need to be on the menu permanently. UPDATE: April 2, 2024-I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich, Medium Crinkle Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. The food was delicious. What was even better was that they had a promo for a free sandwich each week. So this week, I got the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich for free, and it was well worth it. Last night my wife and I went to the East side Arby's and was the worst experience so far. We've had a few hiccups in the past with this guy named Michael, but nothin that kept us away as we eat here atleast once a week. Last night, we ordered our food at 9:23 (time on the receipt) for dine-in and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our order of a classic beef and cheeder meal and a 3 piece chicken strip meal, then Michael informed us that they were about to "bleach" the dining room. I asked him if they could wait til we were finished and he just rolled his eyes in disgust and walked away. We proceeded to our table and was enjoying our meal. At 9:53, Michael yelled from the counter that they were about to close and that we needed to hurry up. I told him we was almost done and again, he rolled his eyes and walked away. When we finished our meal, we was tryin to hurry and get out of their way so they could close and accidentally left our trash on the table. Then as we were walking out the door, he then made the rude comment that, "There is a whole trash can right there". Frustrated with him, we just went ahead and left. As we were pulling away, he came to the door with our trash and was cussing us out. Instead of engaging in an argument with his childish attitude, we just left as he told us not to "Come back". That's one thing he don't have to worry about. We'll never go back there! I don't know if Michael is the manager or just a worker, but either way, he has no business working there. When the owner of this place reads this review, instead of replying with the same reply as with all the other negative reviews, the owner needs to reevaluate Michael's employment at Arby's. Nobody go to the Arby’s on the east side of Richmond! The website made me click on a star in order to post. I would give them negative stars if I could.I just had a partial hysterectomy a couple days ago and was going stir crazy in my house. On my Arby’s app I had a coupon so I figured since it was just a couple blocks from where I lived I would go get me a sandwich and get out for a minute. When I pulled up the person at the register told me they don’t take coupons which I have been there before and know they do. I showed him the bar code and asked him to scan it for me so he tried and it didn’t work, not his fault he was never taught how to do it. So I asked him if he could get a manager to over ride it so he called the manager and the manager came in from outside and told me it didn’t work, I asked him if he could over ride it and he said no, I asked him if he would try to scan it again and he said no that if I didn’t have the money to pay full price then I needed to leave. I had the money so it wasn’t about that, I told him I had the money but asked if he would try 1 more time, he told me he slammed the window and walked away. There was no one behind me and he was being so rude so I sat there to try to call corporate, so he came back to the window with the phone in his hand calling the cops on me. lol really why do u have to be rude over a stupid coupon, I would have paid full price if u wasn’t so rude when he got there. lol I just went to the west side where they happily and was very friendly about taking my coupon.
