We had the immense pleasure of dining in at this Burger King where the BK’s staff and associates treated us better than family. First, the charming and charismatic Lawrence expertly took our order with a vibrant smile and even provided me with a festive burger king crown to wear. Second, Ben and Eddie prepared my Original Chicken Sandwich by cooking the chicken to perfection and ensuring the lettuce topping was crisp and pleasing to the eye. Also, my large order of French fries were piping hot and full of flavor, just like I like them. Third, Thomas and Kristin accurately expedited our food order and ensured that every detail was properly completed. Finally, we were simply dazzled at how well we were treated that we even purchased additional food for carry-out. Now, the delightful Jaidyn intently listened to our large, five-person to go order and entered our order into the register with 100 percent accuracy. Next, Eddie and Ben immediately went to work and prepared cuisine quality food for our remaining family members at home. Kristin and Thomas expedited the order again and Kristin even ensured I received my earned military discount. Finally, Carlin went the extra mile by neatly placing our purchased food in our temperature-controlled bags that we had provided for hot/cold food transport. Read moreThis location specifically continues to go downhill. A renovation doesn’t fix bad service. They keep getting multiple people’s orders wrong and no apology? Just to slam the window shut as fast as they can once they give you the right order. I wasn’t even mean to them, I didn’t yell or anything, but I did felt like they were completely rude to me when it was their fault.
It felt even worse when I found out my dad went inside this same location the day after I had went there. He told me that the employees were in the back making fun of the customers. Where is the accountability? This shows me they are getting multiple orders wrong and lack the human decency or customer service skills to even take responsibility for their own wrong doings.
Not to mention after I went back in the drive thru to get my order corrected, the person infront of me had also got given the wrong order. I was in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to get one whopper and fries.
My original experience of where they got my order wrong was so dumb too. I ordered online and went to pick it up in the drive thru. The girl at the window asked me if I had gotten a coke and I said no. I told her specifically that I got a whopper and large fries. Then she handed me someone else’s order after I told her what I ordered.
This was it for me. I told corporate about this whole situation + the employees making fun of the customers. I am not going back there. This place needs to hire...
Read moreI am aware that breakfast stops at 10:30am every morning. However, I showed at 10am to order a biscuit and was told that they were out. If you're going to serve breakfast until 10:30am, then you need to have biscuits ready to serve until then. This is not the first time this has happened. I ended up having to go to Hardee's to get some Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuits. I would be OK if the person at the drive-thru would have me to park my car in the parking and wait for biscuits to be made. But that was not the case. When a customer orders biscuits around 10am, you need make sure that they are available to serve. Since I was told that they were out of biscuits, I drove off and went to Hardee's instead of Burger King. If all the other Restaurants can have biscuits available until lunch, then burger king needs to do the same thing. Not being able to make biscuits is just lazy and will not be tolerated!!! Looks like I will not be eating at this location anymore. Unless someone contacts me and apologizes, I will not be eating at this location anymore.
