Worst Customer Experience I've ever had with any business! I placed an online order around 11am. I set up a pizza profile and everything. After an hour of looking at the tracker say my pizza is out for delivery, I called this store. Of course, no one knows what's going on and it takes me going through three people to get an answer. I was told that I entered my phone number wrong and that due to "safety" reasons, they couldn't walk up to the door (which was clearly a place of business) to finish the delivery so they brought the pizza back. If that's truly a policy, then they should call from the store or call right after the order is placed...so that didn't make sense. It would have been nice to either post on my account that the delivery could not be complete OR even send an email. No, me and my coworkers waited over an hour for our pizza to come. Then when I got with the manager, he was rude, super unprofessional, wanted to argue with me that it was my fault that the delivery could not be complete. He did not take the time to express his apologies or even explain that it's the company policy or even pretend to want to rectify the situation and make me as the customer happy. When I told him about himself, he hung up on me. During my route to the store, he calls me back...without apologizing that he hung up on me to argue with me some more! I asked him to make my order fresh as I was on the way (since the money already came out my account for the online order I mind as well get what I paid for). Once I arrived to the store, this kid - "the manager" is up front and said he was Kai. My pizza was cold and the order was WRONG! Then he gave me corporate's phone number which surprisingly was the wrong number. I had to have him write it down again which no one picked up. And the $25 credit he was suppose to put on my online account is still not there. As a manager myself, I could not believe that a corporation like Dominio's has unprofessional, unexperienced, college kids managing their asset. And nothing against students but this kid was not fit to be the face...
Read moreWhen I walked into the store the power was out due to a big storm that was happening. I opened the front door to simply check to see if perhaps my pizza had been made since I placed it online about 30 minutes prior. When I walked in, the manager there looked at me and said: "YOU NEED TO GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE" I looked at her and calmly stated that I had ordered online and just wanted to check if the pizza had maybe already been made. She responded by saying " Well OBVIOUSLY the powers out SO NO I CANT MAKE YOUR PIZZA" and then turned to deal with the people in front of us. I decided to stand and wait until she was done dealing with the customers before us so that she wasn't having to deal with 5 different people in her face at once. I overheard her saying that the group in front of us pizza's had been made, but part of the order had been eaten? I'm not exactly sure what was going on with that or who would have eaten their pizza before they even came to get it but that's not my issue. I waited until eventually, another employee approached me and quietly asked what the name was for my order "probably so that his manager wouldn't hear) I told him and he was back with my full order within a couple of seconds. In the end, I got my order. I'm just glad that I hadn't paid ahead for it since the manager tried to kick me out of the store before I could even open my mouth to say that I ordered ahead. Read moreThis place is nasty! Like completely gross I am no Kar*n but I am a solid level headed customer.
I have been ordering from this location for a substantial amount of time. My process is order with the app and call in for my add ons.
My typical ad on is parmesan cheese and a side of anchovies, because my wife and I have a difference of opinions regarding toppings.
From day one, this has never been a problem. In fact, I have ordered a side of anchovies before and I have been charged for them as well.
Tonight when I requested my traditional order I was told everything I was asking for was not an option.
After much rebuttal and arguing, I was put on hold, hung up on, and told this was not possible.
I would accept this as truth if I had not received my anchovies (on the side) every time I have ordered from this location.
Notwithstanding, the manager put me on hold, I was hung up on, and the customer service rep felt he should firmly swing his dominance to let me know I would not get what I wanted. He let me know I would not receive what my normal order that has alway been sent.
The way I was treated was gross. Not only that, Im curious to know where my money has been going every time I have order the same thing.
There is no option on the app for side toppings. So I have called every time and paid for them, in cash, as a side order.
Don’t waste your time with this location. They are far from customer friendly and management has no care or concerns for their loyal customer base.
