First time I have EVER had a bad experience at a starbucks and I was taken back by a single employees attitude! My family and I stopped off the highway to grab a quick sweet treat and get back on the road on our 5 hour journey. The line was a bit long so I expected to wait a little but as I am waiting for our frappuccinos I see the customers that were in line behind me getting their frozen drinks so I waited until the 3rd person that came in after me left and just asked if they had my order (mistakes happen and I understand) a gentleman found my order and said they were getting to it and I was ok with that. Then a woman comes up and tells me the drinks went out before mine bc they were hot drinks. I told her they were not and she snapped back telling me she is getting to it! The attitude was uncalled for. Then my mother said she had an attitude with her when she was ordering. She got her order wrong and my mother just said it was ok and kept the incorrect cookie due to the cashiers tone. The cashier then snaps "your welcome" before my mother had said thank you! Extremely uncalled for! I was willing to let this all go bc we all have bad days but when Artimas (name of poor attitude employee) gave us my sons choc chip shake she slammed it down and literally threw it towards him! This is when I had asked for her name and have to let a manager of hers know how we were treated at this establishment. Read moreI don’t leave Google reviews very often so gear up. But I feel like this Starbucks deserves it. And I know people are always like “support local places, Starbucks is bad, large-scale capitalism, blah whatever” I mean, if you realistically ever had Starbucks though because it’s fine to support local, but I’m also going to partake. I’ll choose my battles, y’all.
These barista buddies replaced my drink after I dropped it in my driveway, I was carrying 3 drinks in one of those drink carriers that are internationally known for being made with the structural integrity of wet paper. You know what I’m talking about. Anyways, they made me a new one. Free of charge. Honestly, that’s not customer service, that’s emergency response action. EVERY single one of the drive-thru staff is so nice I’m convinced they’ve been trained by actual angels from Heaven.
I usually do a mobile order since I don’t like a lot of human interaction because I’m socially awkward, but on the days that I use my actual mouth at the speaker box and attempt to say what I think I want but realistically have no idea what I’m saying, they somehow manage to make it, and make it good.

Read moreI never go to starbucks because this one always takes forever and are wrapped off of the parking lot at any given time. Today, for PSL, I decided to make an online order. The app said 10-12 minutes. I arrive 25 minutes after ordering, figuring that my drink would've been ready. I wait 5 more minutes before questioning the status because I was going to be late for work. The guy I asked replied with "it's not ready yet." To then I followed up with, "okay... is there any way you can give me an estimated time? I ordered half an hour ago" This employee replied with, "uhm. no. I couldn't tell you." I instantly went to the cashier and asked for a refund. The woman was nicer but insisted I should be okay with the wait time because it was PSL launch day. I'm very aware but there is no excuse for the app to tell me 12 minutes and still not be ready half an hour later. That's why I utilize the app. If they need to turn off the mobile ordering because they can't keep up then they need to make adjustments. I don't appreciate the rudeness of the original employee either. Praying these problems will go away when the new location is built but I will never be returning to this location. Only giving 2 stars because the 1-800 customer service was more than helpful to remedy...
