Okay. This is a tough place to review… simply because the barista’s are always great- as well as customer service!! BUT the scheduling manager obviously has no idea what they’re doing. AT ALL. The line is always wrapped around the building to the point where cars have to line up on the street. On top of being extremely slow… but that’s probably because there’s never usually more than 4 people working. (That’s not good) Such great service with kind employees.. but such terrible wait times. And with all that being said- the inside is NEVER open. i don’t usually complain because i’ve worked in fast food service and coffee shops myself and i know people can only work as fast as they can work. But I believe it’s apparent that the baristas aren’t the issue here. There’s obviously a very big manager issue at this store and if they don’t fix it i have a very big feeling this starbucks will begin to lose much of its regular business. Which sucks because it could be in BOOMING business if it were correctly staffed, being as it’s located RIGHT off of i-75 but it is what it is ya know. /:

Friendly staff who are inconsistent on following new CDC Covid prevention measures. 3 of 6 staff i saw were wearing masks. The front of the house was weirdly packed with boxes from a truck delivery that looked like they weren't going anywhere soon. This location used to have comfortable seating, nicely arranged. It also once had a big display area for mugs and travel bottles, and was a nice place to meet for a conversation. It seems the inside service café has been neglected recently in favor of drive through. I'm sure that's the more profitable end of the shop, but I do miss having a nice inside seating area. The nice sales display shelves have been replaced with a very industrial looking steel rolling shelf, which doesn't seem to match the SB brand styling. The shelf and the tables inside badly needed a wipedown.

First time I have EVER had a bad experience at a starbucks and I was taken back by a single employees attitude! My family and I stopped off the highway to grab a quick sweet treat and get back on the road on our 5 hour journey. The line was a bit long so I expected to wait a little but as I am waiting for our frappuccinos I see the customers that were in line behind me getting their frozen drinks so I waited until the 3rd person that came in after me left and just asked if they had my order (mistakes happen and I understand) a gentleman found my order and said they were getting to it and I was ok with that. Then a woman comes up and tells me the drinks went out before mine bc they were hot drinks. I told her they were not and she snapped back telling me she is getting to it! The attitude was uncalled for. Then my mother said she had an attitude with her when she was ordering. She got her order wrong and my mother just said it was ok and kept the incorrect cookie due to the cashiers tone. The cashier then snaps "your welcome" before my mother had said thank you! Extremely uncalled for! I was willing to let this all go bc we all have bad days but when Artimas (name of poor attitude employee) gave us my sons choc chip shake she slammed it down and literally threw it towards him! This is when I had asked for her name and have to let a manager of hers know how we were treated at this establishment. This is NOT why I pay extra money to get my coffee and is NOT what I thought a starbucks would be ok with! I don’t leave Google reviews very often so gear up. But I feel like this Starbucks deserves it. And I know people are always like “support local places, Starbucks is bad, large-scale capitalism, blah whatever” I mean, if you realistically ever had Starbucks though because it’s fine to support local, but I’m also going to partake. I’ll choose my battles, y’all.

These barista buddies replaced my drink after I dropped it in my driveway, I was carrying 3 drinks in one of those drink carriers that are internationally known for being made with the structural integrity of wet paper. You know what I’m talking about. Anyways, they made me a new one. Free of charge. Honestly, that’s not customer service, that’s emergency response action. EVERY single one of the drive-thru staff is so nice I’m convinced they’ve been trained by actual angels from Heaven.

I usually do a mobile order since I don’t like a lot of human interaction because I’m socially awkward, but on the days that I use my actual mouth at the speaker box and attempt to say what I think I want but realistically have no idea what I’m saying, they somehow manage to make it, and make it good.

These magical people are extremely kind humans PLUS they get up very early and still manage to be that pleasant. 10/10. 5 stars. Olympic...

I never go to starbucks because this one always takes forever and are wrapped off of the parking lot at any given time. Today, for PSL, I decided to make an online order. The app said 10-12 minutes. I arrive 25 minutes after ordering, figuring that my drink would've been ready. I wait 5 more minutes before questioning the status because I was going to be late for work. The guy I asked replied with "it's not ready yet." To then I followed up with, "okay... is there any way you can give me an estimated time? I ordered half an hour ago" This employee replied with, "uhm. no. I couldn't tell you." I instantly went to the cashier and asked for a refund. The woman was nicer but insisted I should be okay with the wait time because it was PSL launch day. I'm very aware but there is no excuse for the app to tell me 12 minutes and still not be ready half an hour later. That's why I utilize the app. If they need to turn off the mobile ordering because they can't keep up then they need to make adjustments. I don't appreciate the rudeness of the original employee either. Praying these problems will go away when the new location is built but I will never be returning to this location. Only giving 2 stars because the 1-800 customer service was more than helpful to remedy...
