FYI- note that they replied!!! BUT I DID CONTACT MGR. I DID CONTACT CORPORATE. NOT A GOOD COMPANY. Canāt give it a zero or I would. Went there and wanted 2 smoothies saw their metal cups & bought 2. Male staff member put the metal cups , lids & metal straws in liquid sanitizer in sink. Left them there & waited in next customer. He then pulled them out, after he had waited on 2nd customer & didnāt rinse them (I didnāt knw that until later) & put our smoothies in. My smoothie tasted like rubbing alcohol. It burnt my lips, mouth and throat. We tossed them. Wasted close to $50.00 on that purchase. I sent Mrg email & she told me to come in and get free smoothie, that she put me on list so employees would knw (I hv her emails). I went in (we live in N. Ogden) & same male employee that poisoned us was there & didnāt know anything about this & neither did female w/ him. He informed me that the mgr was out bk doing inventory & wouldnāt be finished for a long time. I sent mgr another email & she then decided it was company policy that only she could give o/the free smoothie. Just makes it all up as she goes along. I contacted Corporate & they werenāt happy & assured me this would be handled & I would be contact soon! NOPE! Locals dropped it. BUT I WONāT & I will keep posting so ppl know what a lousy franchise you are. You could hv done the right thing! Now you will pay the price! All this because you refused good customer service. You caused illness w/ you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just stopped in at Jamba Juice for a treat. It is a Saturday afternoon, so it was unsurprisingly a little busy- but I had nowhere to be soon, so I didn't mind the wait at all. Plenty of time to read over all of their yummy menu options. The cashier took a pause from orders to help catch up on orders. (As someone who has worked many customer service jobs, I could see it was totally the right call, and I appreciate the ability to prioritize.) I could tell when he returned back to me that he was worried I was going to be frustrated that I had been kept waiting- but I hope I conveyed properly that I was not perturbed at all. I ordered a small white gummi smoothie, and he did a wonderful job promptly making it. He was dedicated to customer service, so he informed me that he had upgraded the drink to a larger size because they had kept me waiting. I am horrified that I let my intrusive thought speak for me because I responded with, "I'm trying to watch my calories." Something I had internally been battling with all the while I was debating getting a Jamba Juice. I tried to recover by thanking him, but I just can't believe I responded so ungratefully. So this is a message for you dear, kind Jamba Juice cashier. Thank you. You are wonderful at your job and so thoughtful at making sure the customers feel important and comfortable. I apologize for my awkwardness. I am horrified. The Jamba Juice was delicious. It was worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf i could i would give negative stars. My mother and her best friend went to Jamba last night at 6:30pm. To have a girls night. The girl working the register was very very rude and snobby. She did not smile, or great them, she looked at them like they were just a inconvenience, this girl was not wearing a name tag, but she has long dark brown hair. My mother's friend is diabetic and asked the girl at the register what they had that didn't have sugar. And the girl said "everything has sugar in it". Then she continued to glare at them. She didn't offer to look, didn't offer for them to go look at the nutrition binder in the lobby, she just pulled up a stool and sat down! So rude! I love jamba, heck I even worked there. But I'v heard about all the employees lately and how rude and lazy they are I'd never go back. If you have allergies or medical diets I'd recommend somewhere else, because they obviously don't care to make sure your taken care of. If you do decide to go, look online first at the nutrition or when you walk in go to your right and look through the nutrition binder, because that's the only help you'll get. Also if you go, mornings are probably best when it comes to service because the general manager is there and she is great! She doesn't tolerate employees not giving good customer service. And people actually do their job when...
