I just wanted to say how greatfull I am to the amazing people that work at the At Home in Ogden. It's the busiest time of year right now and I was given such great customer at every visit. Josh helped me today and made me feel like I was a priority. He was very patient, kind and helpful. I couldn't decide between some lamps and the shades to go with them and he took all the time I needed to help me. Again he made me feel like I was a priority and he was going to do everything he could to help. I'm sure he had 100 other things to do but he dropped everything and gave me excellent customer service. He went above and beyond for me today. There was another person that helped me a few days earlier answering the questions that I had but I can't remember her name. After describing her at checkout it was either Karen or Sherry. For delivery’s they use roadie I literally was waiting in the parking lot because I am a Roadie driver for over a half hour, and yet did not get the order I was in a capable. Import like that, I will never get stuff from. Once again, even after I give him another chance, they’ve done it again this time I’ve waited over an hour. to be honest when I first went in there, I was impressed but now that I actually see how they treat their delivery people specially when the criteria does meet what they are asking I’m never stopping here more than likely never going to do a delivery for them. They need to get their act together because if there happens to be another one that I wait this long, I’m calling Roadie support and filing a complaint against this location I even have a tarp in case it rains that I can use to cover the product no matter what the owner says. I’m never shopping there, especially if this is how they treat there outsourced...
