Fufu's Mideast Grill — Restaurant in Riverside

Called in to order a tray of hummus to go. Got put on hold 3 times til the employees figured what the heck is going on. Was on the phone for about 10 minutes just for an employee to tell me yes they can sell me a tray a hummus. Came in, paid for my hummus ($43) overpriced in my opinion but it's ok. It taste good. It's always good at fufus. I love fufus food. But their employees today, below average, mediocre, unprofessional, ignorant, inhospitable, ghetto. My one star review is because of the employees behavior towards my expectations of pita bread with a party tray of hummus. $43 for some hummus I'm assuming comes with pita bread. How many? I don't know I don't care but it should come with some pita bread. That's how you eat hummus, WITH PITA BREAD. I've ordered this exact item before and got pita bread, did I pay for it? Was it complimentary? Was it included? I don't remember. But I dam sure remember being treated like a good customer that I am. I don't recall any attitude or belittling. If its not included, no problem, but dear employees, tell me how much it's going to cost me for some pita bread for my hummus. Not once was I given a price to add pita bread to my order. Don't sit there and argue with me and smack your lips and make faces at me. We're not in the streets, we're at a respectable establishment that goes...

How to begin, first timers, trying to eat something different after being standing in front of the cashier FINALLY after I say 5-10minutes we got akowlege by one of the guys, I was asking questions about the menu and pretty much was left the same, they did not help trying to decide! long story short... we order two wraps which it took for ever! 20 minutes if not even more, NOW THIS IS THE PART WHERE I WAS NOT HAPPY! after waiting this long for our food despite the waiting to get our food and how expensive (I’ll get there in a bit) she comes out and just places our two wraps cover in foil!!! Infront of us NO PLATES NO NAKPINGS after asking for a plate I notice some attitude for asking and her reply was we don’t give out plates...but anyways we actually got one! Well my husband and I just laugh because it was ridiculous small for the price they have a tv by the register and that’s how I decided on my order NOT KNOWING it was this incredible small for the price! With no side dish or a plate! LOL We spend $22 for two wraps oh and by the way they added a tip with out asking us I guess is already included, if I should of known..... it was late I was starving and did not wanted to go to taco bell or McDs on the same shopping center I should off. NEVER...

I've eaten here twice in the last 3 weeks and the food is mediocre at best, the quality does not match the price at all. The first time I bought a mix shawarma of beef and chicken, this was the driest most sorryiest meat I've ever had in my life. Extremely dry not fresh overly cooked chicken and beef. The rice is very mushy has no body or texture almost on the verge of rice pudding. The hummus was okay at beast not the best I've had by far but not the worse maybe the 3rd worse. The second time I ate here I ordered a beef shawarma bowl, I noticied my server had his hair braided down to his chest as he prepared my food uncovered not very sanitary I'll say. This time the rice was still very mushy the white sauce is very grainy and cheap wasnt a good flavor or Texture at all. The only decent part was the beef which was actually decently cooked but to take way from that my plate was lukewarm. I wont be spending my money at this establishment again , it is not worth it all to spend 10-15 dollars on Mediocre food just isn't right. This restursnt shames the...
