Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Riverside

I live not too far from this Pizza Hut and so I've eaten here quite a few times the first thing I'll say is probably one of the best things about the store is the store manager he's a very hard-working guy he's very friendly and very nice to his customers and without giving details I have seen that man go above and beyond many many times to help people out and make sure that they had a good experience however it's a Pizza Hut and he's got a lot of young kids 20s and they go from anywhere to "being really good employees" to "they can seem to care less about what's going on your order is not their priority" but that's not the store manager's fault it's hard to find good help I've never had a problem with the temperature my food the food's always been served at a great temperature they've never actually got my order wrong however I've eaten at other Pizza Hut and I feel like for whatever reason that the items I buy here at this Pizza Hut are not as big or not as top as other Pizza huts I hope this helps it's a good place to eat but I just wish they would make their food a little bit bigger and I wish we get a little more toppings

One last thing the reason I continue to support this Pizza Hut is not just because it's so close to where I live but because of the store manager because I know that he is a man who uses the business not only to serve the community but he also supports the community and sometimes he does that all in his own that's why I continue to support...

I've ordered from this place once a few years back and the experience still haunts me. Time to re-share those memories.

I waited to pick up my order, which apparently had already been completed but the man at the register asked me to wait a few minutes since it was not finished at the time. Meanwhile, the staff in the back is laughing, giggling and having the time of their lives (who would have thought work could be so fun? I guess it can be quite exciting when you're not doing your job). After the party in the back subsided and they decided to get back to work and address the customers in the front, I kindly asked where my pizza was that I had ordered over an hour ago via telephone. They checked their little heat oven and my pizza had already been ready for the entire time I was waiting there. Essentiality, I was asked to wait for my order, but the order was already completed and sitting there for 30+ minutes.

Thank you for wasting my time.

If you're a manager or from corporate, don't bother to email or try to contact me with your half hearted apology by offering me some of your lame coupons...

DONT ORDER ONLINE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SCAMMMM!!! Take credit card and they are “legally not to take card information and some are not familiar with the policy” I hope someone sees this before they do any business with PIZZA HUT! Website is weird. “Data leak” stolen password… ok, change password, order food, wasn’t adding up properly with the sales, they were going to charge me $30 more. I call customer service to order they took my card over the phone six times stating I owe more on this time less on the other. Still won’t go through for some weird reason they transferred me to the store and he said the pending is from my bank and they should not take my credit card over the phone at customer service because legally they cannot do it. I have $60 pending in Pizza Hut pending charges and no pizza. … or...
